The preparation of seaweed fertilizer requires special biochemical treatment,which breaks up the cell wall of algal cells,breaks down chemical bonds and reduces molecular weight,and extracts natural polysaccharides from it.It enhances and improve the immunity of other crops,promotes the growth and development of other crops and improves fruit quality.The sodium alginate oligosaccharides are polysaccharides produced by chemical degradation of sodium alginate.In this study,the Sodium alginate oligosaccharides were prepared by hydrogen peroxide degradation method based on the research of sodium alginate oligosaccharides,and a water soluble-fertilizer containing Sodium alginate oligosaccharides was prepared with a quantitative nitrogen,p Hosp Horus and potassium element.The effects of the fertilizer on the yield of different vegetable crops and their effects on the soil were studied,providing reference for the use and popularization of the liquid fertilizer containing Sodium alginate oligosaccharide in agricultural production.In this study,the growth of plants,yield and quality,soil organic matter and microorganism number were measured,The results are as follows:(1)The sodium alginate oligosaccharides can improve the germination rate of seeds and promote the rooting of seeds,and the effect is remarkable.The biological effects of different chemical oxidative degradation conditions are not consistent with the crops.The content is 5% sodium alginate oligosaccharides prepared by hydrogen peroxide dosage system 40 ml,reaction temperature 70 degrees and reaction time 8 hours have the best growth promoting activity.When the concentration of 100 ppm was used to soaking seeds,the radish increased the highest by 86.3%,followed by B.campestris,amaranth,watermelon,cucumber,and rice.The increase was 19.1%,17.4%,14%,12% and 6.96%.respectively.The highest rate of watermelon growth was 24.6%,followed by amaranth,cucumber,radish,rice and B.campestris,with an increase of 23.5%,20.5%,15.6%,6.9%and 0.6%.respectively.(2)Use to samples with high growth-promoting activity to prepare the liquid fertilizer containing sodium alginate oligosaccharide,and to dilute it into 500 times,750 times and1000 times.The root irrigation to the plant for 2 times,and the interval between each application was 7 days.The results showed that when the concentration was 500 times,the best crop to promote plant height is cucumber,with an increase of 10.78%,followed by convolvulus,pepper,amaranth,Sonchus brachyotus DC.,the increase were 9.9%,7.2%,6.5%and 6.1%.In increasing the plant stem diameter,the largest increase was in convolvulus,which was 26.5%,followed by cucumber,pepper,and amaranth,which increased by 5.8%,4.7%,and 4.2%,respectively.In terms of increasing the number of leaves,Sonchus brachyotus DC.has the largest increase of 10.4%,followed by amaranth and convolvulus,with 4.3% and 3.9%,respectively.In terms of the effect of increasing yield,mustard had the highest increase rate of 37.7%,followed by convolvulus,pepper,Sonchus brachyotus DC.,and amaranth,which were 20.8%,9.9%,6.7%,and 3.9%,respectively.When the concentration was 750 times,The effects on plant height,stem diameter,leaf number and yield were all higher than 500 times.The highest growth rate of plant height and stem diameter was the highest,and the highest number of leaves for 25.6% and 33.8%.mustard vegetables was 27.8%.,the highest yield of mustard was 61.6%,followed by convolvulus,Sonchus brachyotus DC.,pepper,and amaranth,and increasing by 28.6%,15%,12.6% and11.2%.When the concentration was 1000 times.The growth rate of cucumber,Sonchus brachyotus DC.,convolvulus and pepper in plant height,stem diameter and leaf number were all higher than 500 times,which was lower than 750 times and 1000 times.The highest yield for mustard was 41.2%,followed by convolvulus,Sonchus brachyotus DC,pepper and amaranth were 28.6%,15%,12.6% and 11.2%.respectively.(3)The liquid fertilizer containing sodium alginate oligosaccharide can improve the quality of convolvulus and pepper.When the concentration is 500 times,the soluble protein content,soluble sugar content and vitamin C content in the convolvulus’ s leaves are all increased by 16.96%,25.46%,9.88%,and the nitrate content is reduced by 30.58%..The vertical stem and stem of the pepper fruit are increased by 5.29% and 2.75%respectively,and the fruit type index was 11.56.The soluble protein,soluble sugar,and vitamin C of pepper fruits increased by 7.81%,5.61%,and 10.15%,respectively.When the concentration is 750 times,the content of soluble protein,soluble sugar and vitamin C increased 37.09%,34.32% and 21.03% respectively,but the nitrate content decreased less than 500 times For 26.94%,the vertical stem and transverse diameter of pepper fruits were all higher than 500 times,the increase was 9.19% and 6.36% respectively.The soluble protein content,soluble sugar content and vitamin C content of pepper fruit were all higher than 500 times,the growth rate was 9.98%,7.46%,and 11.43%.application concentration was 1000 times.The soluble protein content and vitamin C content of the leaves in the convolvulus increased by 32.3% and 13.02%,respectively,higher than that of 500 times.The content of soluble sugar increased by 21.95%,less than 500 times and 750 times.The nitrate content decreased by 20.18%,less than 500 times and 750 times.After1000 times,the soluble protein content,soluble sugar content and vitamin C content of pepper fruits increased 5.95%,6.61% and 7.93%,respectively.All treatments were lessthan 750 times.It indicated that the best multiple of liquid fertilizer containing sodium alginate oligosaccharide was 750 times,which could significantly improve the quality of convolvulus and pepper fruit.(4)The liquid fertilizer containing sodium alginate oligosaccharide is diluted 100 times and mixed with the planting rhizosphere soil could increase p H of soil rhizosphere and acid soil increased by 25.68%.The reason was that fertilizer was alkaline fertilizer,which was beneficial to neutralize acid rhizosphere soil.The fertilizer containing sodium alginate oligosaccharide was organic water-soluble fertilizer,which could increase the content of organic matter in soil after reaction with rhizosphere soil.The neutral rhizosphere soil organic matter increased the largest.The soil respiration intensity of different soil samples collected by 7.85% was significantly different,and the difference was not significant after the reaction with sodium alginate oligosaccharide fertilizer.It indicated that fertilizer kept the respiration rate of the rhizosphere soil in a state of equilibrium.The more microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil,the more microorganisms can selectively absorb nutrients in the fertilizer,which is beneficial to the reproduction of microorganisms.The microorganisms release energy,gas and secretions during the metabolism process,which changes the structure of the soil granules.
