| In order to explore the adaptability of different varieties of chestnut to the environment in Qian Xi,the relationship between leaf function and nutrient reabsorption of different varieties of chestnut was better explored.With a view to providing scientific theory for the breeding of improved varieties and improvement of production measures in Qianxi.In this study,the leaf functional characters and nutrient reabsorption characteristics of different varieties of chestnut were studied by taking Yanshanzaofeng,Jingshuhong,Taianbokeli,Cunli,Maoli,Yemaoli,Jiujiazhong,Luotianwukeli as examples.The leaves of different varieties of chestnut were studied.Firstly,the relevant indexes of the functional traits and nutrient reabsorption characteristics of different chestnut leaves were compared.Finally,the differences in the functional traits and nutrient reabsorption of different chestnut leaves were analyzed.The results shows:1.Among the various functional traits of the blade: Yanshanzaofeng,Jingshuhong and Taianbokeli have smaller leaf area,specific leaf area,sponge tissue density,and larger leaf thickness,leaf dry matter content,palisade tissue density,net photosynthetic rate,instantaneous moisture usage efficiency.Leaf area was positively correlated with specific leaf area and sponge tissue density,but negatively correlated with dry matter content,leaf thickness,instantaneous water use efficiency,and palisade tissue density.2.In terms of nutrient reabsorption: The contents of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassiμm in the senescent leaves of different varieties of chestnut were significantly lower than that of the mature leaves.Yanshanzaofeng,Jingshuhong and Taianboleli have higher nutrient resorption efficiency,among which the leaf nitrogen resorption efficiency is 48.7%,32.50% and 25.49% respectively,and the leaf phosphorus reabsorption efficiency is 41.37% and 41.32% respectively,31.66%,the leaf potassiμm reabsorption efficiency is 32.18%,30.13%,29.06%.In terms of output,Yanshanzaofeng,Jingshuhong and Taianbokeli also showed higher single-grain weight and yield.3.In the relationship between leaf functional traits and nutrient reabsorption: The specific leaf area was significantly positively correlated with the nitrogen and phosphorus content of mature leaves,and the tightness of tissue,and with the potassiμm content of mature leaves,leaf thickness,palisade tissue density,net photosynthetic rate,nutrient reabsorption efficiency,and single grain weight.Yanshanzaofeng,Jingshuhong and Taianbokeli can be widely planted in Qianxi,with a view to increasing the output of chestnut.The local can strengthen the management of water and fertilizer of chestnut,in order to improve the efficiency of nutrient reabsorption,and then increase the output of chestnut especially the management of Jiujiazhong and Luotianwukeli,.The correlation between the various functional traits of the leaves and the efficiency of nutrient reabsorption is obvious. |
