The purpose of this paper is riching chestnut germplasm resources research contents and evaluation methods through the the analysis comparison of nutritional ingredients,function composition,composition and biological activity about the Chinese chestnut male flowers.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.The comparation of nutrition and functional component in varieties male flowers of Chinese chestnut: the content of total sugar,protein,trace elements,amino acid hydrolysate,total polyphenol,total saponins and flavonoids were determined of varieties male flowers of Chinese chestnut.The results showed that there was abundant aspartic acid in Chinese chestnut male flowers.Among the 5 chestnut varieties tested,the content of essential amino acids in ‘Yanshan zaofeng' is higher,the content of total sugar and phenol in ‘Yanlong' is higher,the content of total flavonoids in ‘Zipo' is higher,and the content of total saponins in ‘Yanshan zaofeng' is higher.Chinese chestnut male flowers contain abundant aspartic acid.2.The comparation of sequence composition in varieties male flowers of Chinese chestnut: the Chinese chestnut male were analyzed by water extract(solid),organic solvent extraction,column chromatography of polyamide,AB-8 macroporous resin chromatography,silica gel chromatography,gel chromatography and evaporation crystallization using liquid mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)technology.The results show that the two compounds were isolated from gallic acid and quercetin-3-O-(6-O-mustard acyl)-beta-D-mannose pyranoside,and quercetin-3-O-(6-O-mustard acyl)-beta-D-mannose pyranoside was found in the Chinese chestnut flower firstly.3.The comparation of biological activity in varieties male flowers of Chinese chestnut: the antioxidation,antitumor cells and bacteriostatic activities of male flowers of different species of chestnut were determined.The results showed that ‘Yanlong' had the best effect on DPPH· clearance rate,which reached 86.46% when the concentration was mg·mL-1.Among the 3 chestnut varieties tested,the extract of different species had the best inhibitory effect on tumor cells of A2780,the IC50 was 33.2 ?g·mL-1.The inhibition effect of ‘Zipo' on HCT-116 tumor cells was better than t other varieties and the IC50 was 41.8 ?g·mL-1.The inhibitory effect of ‘Yanshan duanzhi'on BEL-7402 tumor cells was better than that of other experimental species and the IC50 was 64.0 ?g·mL-1.
