| As one of the major natural disasters that threaten human production and life,forest fires have caused immeasurable loss of life and property to human society.The research on the risk of forest fires has been a hot topic in academic circles at home and abroad.Due to the uncertainty and complexity of the fire process,some disaster mitigation measures have not exerted their due effect in the application.Forest fire vulnerability refers to the sensitivity of the disaster victims to the damage and damage caused by forest fires.It is an important indicator for judging the extent of forest fire losses in the region.In fact,different regions are affected by their own environmental and social factors and have different levels of vulnerability to forest fires.It is an effective pathway of disaster prevention and mitigation to carry out the vulnerability assessment of forest fires and improve the ability of disaster recipients by reducing vulnerability.Based on the various studies of forest fire risk assessment,geographic information systems,statistical yearbooks,and related fire data are used to establish a forest fire vulnerability assessment database in this work.The combined weighted TOPSIS method is used to carry out quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis of the vulnerability of forest fires in Sichuan Province,and the corresponding disaster prevention and reduction measures are put forward according to different vulnerability levels.This work provides reference for forest fire prevention and emergency management in Sichuan Province.The specific research work and results of this article are as follows:(1)Based on the previous studies about the vulnerability of natural disasters,the concept of forest fire vulnerability is clarified,and a quantitative model and framework of forest fire vulnerability are also constructed.According to the scientific analysis of the main components of forest fire vulnerability system,including the exposure,sensitivity,disaster culture and response ability of forest fire,the structure of these core elements is discussed,and a forest fire risk identification model is established to quantitatively calculate the value of forest fire vulnerability in each unit area.(2)Based on the seven principles of index selection,the process of establishing the forest fire risk evaluation index system,and the reaearch in the concept of forest fire vulnerability and disaster attributes(including natural and social attributes),the index system of forest fire vulnerability is constructed.which consits of 4 secondary indicators and 16 tertiary indicators of exposure index,sensitivity index,disaster culture index,disaster response capability index.(3)This work uses the combined weighted TOPSIS method to evaluate the vulnerability of forest fires.In the selection of the weighting method of the index system,the advantages and disadvantages of the expert survey method,the order relationship analysis method,the entropy weight method,the principal component analysis method,and the coefficient of variation method are comprehensively analyzed and finially the entropy weight method and coefficient of variation method are used to calculate the index weight Comparing the three combination weighting schemes,the first combination weighting scheme,namely linear weighting scheme,is finally adopted..Based on the forest fire vulnerability assessment results,the GIS software is used to achieve the classification of the vulnerability values,that is,four levels of severe vulnerability,high vulnerability,moderate vulnerability,and low vulnerability.According to the classification results,the spatial distribution map of different forest fire vulnerability regions is drawn to provide technical support for the construction of forest fire prevention and emergency response system in each region in the future.(4)Collecting the data rekated to forest fires in Sichuan Province from 2009 to2018,and adopting the combined weight TOPSIS method to evaluate the vulnerability of forest fires in Sichuan Province.According to the evaluation results of 21 cities of sichuan province(state)of forest fire vulnerability degree sortingand,get the following conclusion:Panzhihua has the most severe forest fire vulnerability,followed by Ganzi,Liangshan and Aba,ziyang has the lowest forest fire vulnerability.The other 16 cities have a relative proximity C_ivalue ranging from 0.17 to 0.26,which is at moderate and low vulnerability levels.This work analyzes the characteristics of forest fire prevention in different vulnerable areas and proposes the measures to reduce the loss of forest fire. |
