At present,the virus disease of Solanaceae vegetables has developed into the first kind of disease that seriously endangering the quality and yield of vegetables.Plant virus is one of the pathogens that seriously harm the production of Solanaceae.Xiangcailiusuobingmi(XCLSBM)was a new compound with antiviral activity that found by groups of academician song Bao’an of Guizhou University.It has been shown that it can improve the activity of defense related enzymes and activate ABA signal pathway in pepper.However,there are few reports on the co ntrol of plant virus diseases by XCLSBM.This study focuses on the application and mechanism of XCLSBM on Solanaceae vegetable virus diseases.The main research contents are as follows:1.After the pepper was treated with XCLSBM in different ways,its int ernal absorption conduction characteristics and residual digestion dynamics were analyzed.The results showed that XCLSBM had two-way conduction ability in Capsicum plants,and the efficiency of top conduction was higher than that of base conduction.The results showed that the half-life of XCLSBM in Capsicum plants,field Capsicum plants and fruits were 4.2,1.0 and 2.0 d respectively.It is a degradable pesticide.2.After treatment of CMV infected tomato with XCLSBM,the inhibition of CMV and the immune activation of tomato were analyzed.Curative and protection tests showed that XCLSBM inhibited the accumulation of CMV in tomato.Transcriptomics and metabonomics sequencing analysis showed that XCLSBM could activate many genes related to plant hormone pathway,such as zeatin synthesis,plant hormone signal transduction,brassinolide synthesis and so on.The differential metabolite was KEGG enriched in the biosynthesis of alkaloids from shikimic acid,biosynthesis of plant hormones and biosynthesis of Zeatin pathway.The key genes of JA,SA,ABA,Eth and auxin in tomato were up regulated by XCLSBM,and the up regulated expression was the highest in the 3~5 day after the inoculation with further experiments.Under the continuous applicated XCLSBM,the marker genes of JA and SA pathway were up-regulated again,and the up-regulated trend was the same as applicated once.At the same time,the content of chlorophyll in the leaves of tomato plants was increased.3.The results of field control of plant virus disease with XCLSBM Shown that the relative control effect of XCLSBM was 57.72% in infected CMV tomato field,was29.16% in infected TMV tomato field and there were no significant difference between positive control.The relative control effect was 63.65% in Pepp er field and significant better than positive control.To sum up,XCLSBM is a degradable pesticide with short half-life and little risk to environmental.It regulates many important hormone genes of tomato,especially the defense related hormone pathway marker genes,and speculates that it can effectively inhibited plant viruses by activating plant immunity.These results can provide an effective scientific basis and theoretical basis for the scientific and reasonable application of XCLSBM.
