This study selected 23 superior clones of C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita as study material,through the determination of C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita clonal plant height to diameter of the blade shape external growth properties such as chlorophyll content and photosynthetic parameters such as the internal influence growth rate index,analyzed the photosynthetic characteristics of C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita clone leaf shape and its growth and development regularity,probes into the correlation characteristics between the characters,is helpful to known C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita clone physiological mechanism,excellent for the choice of C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita clone selection provides theoretical basis for the main research results are as follows.(1)By analyzing the changes in photosynthesis parameters of 23 clones of C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita in different months,the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate changed similarly from June to November,the stomatal conductance and the intercellular CO2 concentration changed similarly,and water use Efficiency peaked in November and was low in June to October.The net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and water use efficiency of C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita clones were significantly different from month to month;the net photosynthetic rate was positively correlated with the intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate of stomatal conductance in most months.The photosynthetic ability of 23 C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita clones is relatively high is HNCL047,HNCL021 and HNLY001;GXNN003 has the lowest photosynthetic capacity.(2)The chlorophyll a content of the 23 clones of C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita varies greatly.The chlorophyll b content decreased to some extent from June to July,and it showed an upward trend from July to August.The largest,there is a significant decline from September to November,chlorophyll a/b is lower from June to October,a/b value in November is significantly higher than other months.The chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a+b and chlorophyll a/b of C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita clones were significantly different from month to month;Chlorophyll a was positively correlated with chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b from June to November,and chlorophyll b was positively correlated with chlorophyll a+b from June to November.There is a very significant negative correlation between chlorophyll a/b with chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b.Among the 23 C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita clones,HNCL047,HNCL003and JXYX001 were the ones with strong light energy utilization and absorption,ZJJD002 has poor utilization and absorption of light energy.(3)The thickest ground diameter of 23 C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita was 53.95mm in HNLY004,the thinnest is HBLC002 for 27.71mm;The tallest tree was HNLY009 at 197cm and the shortest was HBLC002 at 88cm;in the 23 C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita clones,HNLY004 had the largest growth of ground diameter and tree height.The tree height and ground diameter of different C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita clones were significantly different;The provenance variation coefficient of HNCL027 was the largest and the differences among individuals were large,the provenance variation coefficients of HNLY009,HNLY004,NGSSQ005,ZJJD002,GXNN003 ZJKH02002 and ZJJD006 were small,the uniformity between individuals is better.(4)Among the 23 C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita clones,HNLY004 has the longest leaf length and HNLY001 the shortest;the blade width is HNLY004 at its widest and HNCL019 at its narrowest;the ratio of leaf length to width is NGSSQ005 at the maximum and HNCL003 at the minimum;the largest leaf area is HNLY004,and the smallest is HNLY001.Leaf length,leaf width,leaf aspect ratio and leaf area of lincamphor clones were significantly different.(5)There was no obvious correlation between photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll of C.camphora var.linaloolifera Fujita.There was no significant correlation between photosynthetic parameters with leaf morphology,ground diameter and tree height.There was no significant correlation between chlorophyll with leaf morphology,ground diameter and tree height.It indicates that the characters are independent of each other.
