Cinnamomum Camphora is an important group of Cinnamomum Camphora plants valuable tree species, widely distributed in more than ten provinces in southern China, and its use of wood and non-wood has a long history. Especially in recent years a variety of essential oils extracted from the Cinnamomum Camphora tree as a natural perfume favored. The seed is the scientific and technological projects in Fujian Province, "Cinnamomum Camphora, Phoebe breeding technology" under the auspices of in-depth study after a preliminary selection of pre-Cinnamomum Camphora physiological characteristics of different clones, mainly from the determination of photosynthetic pigment, chlorophyll fluorescence, changes in oil and oil composition, soluble protein content of these four aspects for further breeding and Cinnamomum Camphora forest management provide the theoretical basis of raw materials. Specific results are as follows: 1.By measuring the photosynthetic pigment content in different months, the results show that:(1)Chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b of different clones Cinnamomum Camphora has more features in the same month of the change; Some of these clones appeared higher carotenoid content in 7-8 month, while others showed a downward variation, and features of 8-September appeared flat, 9-October are rising dramatically, and chlorophyll showed an opposite trend. So the pigment in different months for light and temperature and other growth environment influence, can appear the corresponding pigment concentration of light, in order to ensure the plants, so as to promote the demand plant growth.(2)Through pigment analysis of correlation between different month shows that: chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoids are significantly and highly significant, and the chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b ratio was significantly associated with high carotenoid; chlorophyll a/b ratio generally lower in the July to September, and the chlorophyll a/b in different months and carotenoids only partially positive correlation,carotenoids and other pigments are negatively correlated and significantly related to negative, indicating that clones resistant to high temperatures of the Cinnamomum Camphora ability, can better adapt to environmental conditions at different growth periods. (3)The photosynthetic pigment analysis of variance of different clones of Cinnamomum Camphora in different months showed that: different clones in different months, only carotenoids in the same between different months there was no significant difference, while others showed significant difference. Therefore, there is the dynamic characteristics of pigment in each month, and Cinnamomum Camphora growth characteristics at different times to adapt.2.Different clones of Cinnamomum Camphora chlorophyll fluorescence analysis in different months showed that: (1) Through the correlation analysis shows that the fluorescence parameters: The correlation between the different fluorescence parameters between each month varied from different clones showed Cinnamomum Camphora department of differences in physiological mechanisms; Fv/Fo, Fv/Fm and Fm/Fo are the most closely associated with the degree, indicating that they operate in the photosynthetic process of absorption into a more coordinated system.(2)Different clones of fluorescence coefficients Fo, Fm, Fv, Fm/ Fo, NPQ, Qp, Qy are significant differences in different months; different months of the same clones Fm, Fv significant difference, the other fluorescence parameters are not significant differences, indicating that different clones due to different physiological characteristic, the fluorescent value will appear in the same characteristics, and the gap is smaller, and this difference is not due to growth periods change appear larger fluctuations. (3) By the principal component analysis showed that fluorescence parameters: characteristic values for each month showed more consistent trends, indicating that each fluorescence parameter variation exists in a stable relationship, and to a certain extent dehydroisophytol growth process of different clones has a stable state.3.By measuring the same place in different locations and different clones of Cinnamomum Camphora essential oil content and its variation of the main components, the results show that: (1) The same clones in different locations linalool content, content of eucalyptus oil and Cinnamomum Camphora content are no significant difference, indicating that clones have maintained the same characteristics of maternal inheritance.(2)Though Clones of Cinnamomum Camphora oil and principal component analysis showed differences on the same site in different clones: Same clones in different months and different clones of the amount of oil in the same period are obvious differences, indicating that the clones Cinnamomum Camphora are significant differences in the amount of oil at different growth stages; linalool content of different clones are significantly different; different clones cineole content was not significantly different; Cinnamomum Camphora content of different clones is no significant difference. (3) Changes from the oil, August is the best season of refining; in seed selection, the primary out of PC1, PC5, and Bantou2, are the better of the total.4.The results of cluster analysis show: focus most of clones within a distance of 6.69, showing that they are more similar between the characteristics of physiological traits, including PC2 and WP1 shortest distance, the closest features, and 187 and 79 distances, feature significant difference.5.Soluble protein content in different months results showed that: (1) protein content of each clone is high in July, then declined in August, August-September continued to decline slowly appeared,and in September-October is growth phenomenon; (2) For different months soluble protein of clones of Cinnamomum Camphora analysis showed that: different clones of the same month of the existence of soluble proteins are very significant, and different clones in the same month are significant difference . Therefore, changes in proteins in different months with different periods of growth and development of Cinnamomum Camphora (mainly affected by temperature) is closely related to the growth period to adapt to different environments.6.Through different physiological correlation analysis showed that: correlation between height and diameter was significant;Tree height, diameter and no significant correlation between the photosynthetic pigments; photosynthetic pigments and chlorophyll fluorescence correlation is not high,the correlation between the instability of months; oil and soluble proteins, photosynthetic pigments and oil together,and soluble protein content of photosynthetic pigments,chlorophyll fluorescence correlation coefficient and oil,soluble protein,chlorophyll fluorescence correlation coefficient and correlation do not exist.Between the physiological traits that have strong independence.
