Film mulching plays an important role in crop production due to its heat-increasing and water-retaining characteristics,and significantly increases the yield of crops in cold and dry areas.The planting mode and seeding machinery of ditching and mulching,perforating seeding in the film have been It has been used until now,but this planting mode has disadvantages in agricultural production,such as low emergence rate,poor emergence,large manual seedling release,low operation efficiency,high production cost,premature aging of crops,and difficult recovery of mulch film.It is urgent to explore a new mulching operation mode,develop new mulching planting machinery,and integrate cost-saving and efficient organic dry farming production technology.In this study,the differences in temperature increase,moisture retention,and yield increase mechanism of dry-cropping spring maize planted on the film side and on the film were studied and analyzed.The results showed that the two planting methods of the film side and on the film sowing can increase the temperature and maintain the moisture.The effect of increasing yield is that the ground temperature of the seedling zone planted on the membrane side at the seedling stage is slightly lower than that of the membrane planting,but the difference in growth period is not significant,while the membrane side planting is in terms of seedling emergence rate,seedling regularity,improvement of moisture content,and yield traits.It is better than the planting on the membrane in other aspects,which once again verified the feasibility of the planting mode on the membrane side.At the same time,the experiment research carried out the research and development of the film side planting machinery.Through the optimized design of the mechanical structure such as the mulching film without ditching and micro-arch laying,the film side moisture detection precision seeding,etc.,the efficient use of mulching film,fertilizer,rainfall and soil moisture was realized It avoids the thorny problem of digging and releasing seedlings for perforated planting in traditional membranes,and solves many criticisms such as low efficiency of ditching and mulching and difficulty in recovering the remaining membrane in full.Agronomy and agricultural machinery are organically combined to save costs,increase production and environmental protection.Efficient and easy-to-operate integrated technology of film side planter.
