Onions,as a vegetable often eaten by the Chinese,are grown in large numbers in Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang and other places,and their cultivation mainly uses plastic film mulching technology.The plastic film mulching technology not only effectively increases the output of agricultural products,but also brings serious "white pollution" to the farmland,hinders the growth and development of crops,and affects the sustainable development of agriculture to a certain extent.In order to solve the problem of white pollution in the field,the mandatory national standard of "Polyethylene blown agricultural ground cover film" stipulates that the thickness of agricultural mulch film should not be less than 0.010 mm.Compared with 0.004 mm mulch,0.010 mm mulch has better extensibility and greater tensile strength,and can be reused when recycled.At present,the 0.010 mm mulch film is recovered by manual methods,and the manual recovery has high labor intensity,low efficiency,and high cost.Although the existing onion mulch recycling machine in China can recover0.004 mm of residual film on the ground and underground,the recovery rate is low,and the recovered mulch cannot be reused.In addition,the domestic research on the plastic film recycling machine is not sufficient,and there is no formed plastic film recycling machine at present.In view of the above situation,this subject has designed an onion mulching film recycling machine.The design goal of the onion mulch film recycling machine is to achieve rapid film detachment,without film stripping and film breakage in the recovery process,that is,the whole film can be recovered and can work continuously,and it also has the functions of film collection and film spreading.The effect makes the designed onion mulching film recycling machine have multiple functions.The main research contents and conclusions of this topic are as follows:1.By referring to relevant information,understand the working principle and basic structure of the existing plastic film recycling machine,and determine the design goals and related parameters of the onion plastic film whole film recycling machine according to the main technical parameters of the plastic film recycling machine and the agronomic requirements put forward by onion growers Then,study the working process and working principle of the onion mulching film recycling machine,and finally determine the overall design of the onion mulching film recycling machine.2.Design or select the key components of the onion mulching film recycling machine,and determine the specifics of the film feeding device,film rolling device,unwinding device,trenching device,film roll fixing device,film pressing device,soil covering device and frame The structure,and then use ANSYS Workbench software to carry out static analysis of the main force components,verify that the structure andmaterial of each force component can meet the design requirements,and can ensure the realization of various functions of the onion mulching film recycling machine.3.Modal analysis is carried out on the frame of the onion mulch plastic film recovery machine.Under actual working conditions,the vibration deformation cloud diagram and the vibration frequency of each stage during the work of the frame are analyzed to verify that the frame meets the design requirements.It can effectively avoid the resonance phenomenon in the onion mulching film recycling machine during the working process.
