Abstract/Summary:
The American lobster fishery is one of the most valuable fisheries on the Atlantic coast and an important component of the North American economy.The study found that when the temperature rises above 20 degrees Celsius,the environment will exert greater physiological pressure on the growth and development of lobsters.The rising seabed temperature in the Atlantic will force the American lobsters into the more northern waters.In the past decade,the warming rate in the region has accelerated significantly,which has had a huge impact on the productivity of American lobsters.Therefore,it is of great biological and economic significance to carry out the analysis of the influence of seabed temperature on lobster catch.This article is based on the Fishermen and Scientists Research Society(FSRS)and the US Airstream Temperature Data and Lobster Capture Data from the Environmental Monitors on Lobster Traps(eMOLT),using the moving average method.The CuSum control chart method was used to analyze the influence of seabed temperature on the lobster catch,and the future seabed temperature and lobster catching trend were predicted and accurately evaluated.The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Using the moving average method to compare the average lobster catch with the average seabed temperature and seabed temperature at each site in the United States,the lobster catch increased with the increase of the seabed temperature.At 11 degrees Celsius,the lobster The amount of capture peaked.(2)By analyzing the sea surface temperature and lobster catch data of each site in Canada,it can be found that in the long-term time series,the higher the temperature,the larger the lobster catch,but in the shorter time series,the capture rate and seabed temperature of the American lobster The correlation is not obvious.(3)The CuSum control map method was used to analyze the relationship between the annual,monthly and weekly average seabed temperature and the average lobster catch,and the weekly data could better reflect the related trends of the two data.(4)Long-short term memory method(LSTM)and continuous prediction model were established by using the lobster site seafloor temperature and lobster catch data respectively,and the model performance evaluation was carried out.The results showed that the long-term and short-term neural network The prediction model has a high prediction accuracy.
