| This article is mainly to optimize and study the average temperature equipment in the ground source heat pump incubator system.The Percentage of mean temperature device installed power of raditional electric heating incubator the system is 20%~23.8%in total power;The Percentage of mean temperature device energy consumption is 37.5%~42.9%in in total energy consumption in a incubation period.In order to reduce energy consumption of mean temperature device,This article main research contents are:improve the uniformity of internal temperature of incubation system by optimizing the layout of the heating device(PU)pipe,reducing incubation system internal airflow velocity,to achieve the purpose of reducing the mean temperature device operating power;By changing air flow direction,reduce the mean temperature device installed power.After optimizing and reforming the original experiment platform of ground source heat pump incubator system the incubator test shows:the mean temperature of the device installed power in the origina ground source heat pump incubator system is 375w before Optimization,The Percentage of mean temperature device installed power is 12.5%in tatal power,the mean temperature of the device installed power in the origina ground source heat pump incubator system is 64w after Optimization,The Percentage of mean temperature device installed power is 2.1%in tatal power,energy saving rate is 82.9%,and the incubation effec is excellent.According to the related parameters provided by this article designed the heating devicethe incubation system and the exhaust fan,make use of Airpak software to model and simulate hatching machine internal temperature field and wind field,by analyzing andcomparing the simulation results the experimental results,provide theoretical basis for the design in the future. |
