In order to improve the utilization rate and anti-fertility effect of plant-derived compound sterility agent ND-1(Nongda-1,mainly composed of shikonin and quinestrol),this study conducted sterility agent ND-1 at the ultrasonic nano level emulsification treatment.Taking mice(Mus musculus)as the research object,anti-fertility experiments were carried out by gavage twice a week. The reproductive organs and reproductive results of mice were tested. The results showed that the uterine organ coefficient of the female experimental group with the concentration of sterile agent of 30mg/kg was significantly lower than that of the control group(F=3.926,P<0.05),and the seminal vesicle organ coefficient and sperm density of the male experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(F=4.37,P<0.05.F=3.302,P<0.05).Respectively,the number of fetuses in the female treatment group, male treatment group and male and female treatment group decreased significantly(F=6.968,P<0.05).During the start of reproduction, the female treatment group was postponed(8.11±2.40d),the male treatment group was postponed(7.56±2.76d),the male and female treatment group was postponed(6.54±2.89d).The sterile ND-1 nano-emulsion effectively extended the reproductive cycle of female and male mice. The average recovery rate of shikonin in mouse feces was(51.29±8.48)%in the 30mg/kg concentration treatment group.Compared with the normal recovery rate(82.0±2.90)%,the recovery rate of the treatment group decreased by(30.71±5.58)%,and the recovery rate of quinestrol was 0.Based on the success of the infertility agent ND-1 nanoemulsion in the control of infertility in mice, the Dipus sagitta in the desert area was subjected to an anti-fertility experiment. The organ is tested. The results showed that the ovarian organ coefficient of the female experimental group with an infertility concentration of 30 mg/kg was significantly lower than that of the control group(F=57.188,P<0.05).(F=35.613,P<0.05;F=36.083,P<0.05),that is,the infertility agent ND-1 nanoemulsion has anti-fertility effects on female and male Dipus sagitta. In recent years, people have paid more attention to environmental protection issues. In this study, the field degradation of ND-1 nano bait was evaluated. The main components of sterility agent, shikonin, were completely degraded on dry and wet soil surfaces in 5 and 4 days, respectively, and quinestrol was completely degraded in 8 hours on dry and wet soil surfaces. In this study, the effects of the commonly used pesticide glyphosate on mice were also measured.Anti-fertility experiments were carried out by gavage twice a week to test the reproductive organs of the mice. The results showed that the organ coefficient and sperm density of male seminal vesicles in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(F=35.047,P<0.05;F=9.437,P<0.05).
