In this paper,the bleed resistance of nano-composite preservatives,the corrosion resistance and dimensional stability of rubber wood were studied.The effects of preservatives and their treated wood properties were tested with rubber wood as specimens.Nano-copperzinc composite preservative(MCZ)was prepared by wet grinding and acrylate emulsion was synthesized by shell-core emulsion polymerization.Modified MCZ preservative was prepared by blending acrylate emulsion and MCZ.The purpose is to impregnate the modified preservative into the wood by the vacuum impregnation method,and then the modified preservative is acted by the acrylate emulsion to make the modified MCZ solidify in the wood and adhere to the wood cell wall to improve the anti-loss of MCZ.Silicone was added in the process of acrylate emulsion polymerization to further improve the bleed resistance of the modified MCZ and the corrosion resistance of the modified MCZ treated material.By using carboxymethyl chitosan as a cross-linking agent,the corrosion resistance of the modified MCZ treated material is improved on the basis of ensuring that the MCZ anti-shedding rate is not reduced.Research indicates:(1)Research on the properties of acrylate emulsion-modified nanocomposite preservatives and their treated materials.Acrylate emulsion can effectively improve the anti-loss of nanocomposite preservatives,and the loss rate of preservatives is reduced by 11.18%.With the increase of the acrylate emulsion,the weight loss rate of the modified MCZ treated material gradually increased,and the maximum was 9.9%,which met the requirements of Class I strong corrosion resistance in the national standard(GB/T13942.1-2009).Modified MCZ mainly enhances the dimensional stability and compressive strength of rubber wood by curing inside the conduit of rubber wood.(2)Research on the properties of silicon-containing acrylate emulsion modified nanocomposite preservative and its treated material.The addition of silicone not only improves the bleed resistance of the modified MCZ,but also improves the corrosion resistance and dimensional stability of the modified MCZ treated material.When the amount of silicone added is 4%,the comprehensive performance of the modified MCZ is the best.The loss rate was reduced by 1.6%,and the weight loss rate of the treated materials against white rot and brown rot was reduced by 3.36% and 1.23%,which met the requirements of Class I strong corrosion resistance in the national standard(GB/T13942.1-2009).(3)Study on the properties of MCZ modified by carboxymethyl chitosan cross-linked acrylate emulsion and its treated materials.After adding carboxymethyl chitosan to the modified MCZ,the corrosion resistance of the modified MCZ was improved,and the loss rate and the dimensional stability of the treated material did not change significantly.The inhibitory effect of carboxymethyl chitosan on white rot fungi is better than that on brown rot fungi.When the addition amount of carboxymethyl chitosan is 5%,the weight loss rate of modified MCZ treated wood is at least 1.97%,which meets the requirements of brown rot resistance.National standard(GB/T13942.1-2009)class I strong corrosion resistance level requirements.
