| In the past ten years,the rapid development of the Internet industry has profoundly affected all aspects of China’s society and economy.The traditional veterinary drug distribution channel has become a new industry form of veterinary drug sales.In order to explore the possible problems of the current banned veterinary drug sales management system in the e-commerce platform,the veterinary drug or feed additive that is prohibited or may be abused is the target of investigation.The veterinary drug products may be investigated by random sampling in the e-commerce platform.Prohibited ingredients.Because the veterinary drug products are diverse and the replacement is faster,a total of 14 substances that are prohibited or may be abused in representative poultry,animal husbandry,and aquatic veterinary drugs are selected as test items.The samples are purchased anonymously and are relevant.The product category establishes the corresponding detection method for testing.Finally,the results are analyzed,the network-wide record feedback supervision and management system is established,and the existing deficiencies in the current online veterinary drug sales relationship system are analyzed and improved methods are proposed.Systematic studies Three random veterinary drug products with potentially abused ingredients were found from a random sample of 72 samples.The three samples were animal husbandry veterinary drug raw powder or animal husbandry veterinary drug feed additive,which was not found in poultry and aquaculture veterinary drugs.The samples numbered2017SP0329027,2017SP0329045,2017SP00610115 were detected as olaquindox,45.6g/kg,170mg/kg,18.6g/kg,respectively.Among them,2017SP0329045 does not reflect the relevant additions in the label,and does not comply with the relevant regulations in laws and regulations.The addition of the remaining two samples as veterinary drug raw powder to add relevant ingredients in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.However,at the same time,the actual olaquindox in the sample of 2017SP0329027 is quite different from the standard in the label,so it does not comply with relevant laws.This paper combines domestic and foreign veterinary drug management models.besides,it analyzes the current regulations on the sale of veterinary drugs and the use of veterinary drugs,and it also proposes the current problems and impacts in the sales of veterinary drugs in e-commerce platforms.And establish a veterinary drug sales supervision system: taking sampling and testing as the forerunner,re-examination as a guarantee method,and establishing a problem reporting mechanism,and promptly reporting the problems to the government for law enforcement management.From the revision of the regulatory documents,the sound supervision system,the improvement of technical means,the strengthening of supervision,and the promotion of social co-governance,the countermeasures for the perfect e-commerce platform veterinary drug sales supervision system are proposed.This paper established a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method to detect14 substances that may be illegal or abused in veterinary drugs: olaquindox,chloramphenicol,crystal violet,invisible crystal violet,malachite green,invisible malachite green,diethylstilbestrol,Furazolidone,nitrofurantoin,furantrone,nitrofurazone,salbutamol,clenbuterol,ractopamine detection method.The linear range,recovery,accuracy and precision of the quantitative method were also examined.The linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve is equal or great than 0.990,and the linear relationship is good.The sensitivity of the mass spectrometer detector is high,and the recovery rate of the method is good,and the recovery rate ranges from 70.7% to 110.48%.The accuracy of the project is between 98.80% and 107.98%,and the precision range is between 2.44% and 6.63%,indicating that the accuracy and precision of the method are good.The above results indicate that the method can accurately determine the content of veterinary drug banned components in the sample. |
