| Laparoscopy is widely used in veterinary clinics, but there are few studies on rabbits. At present, inhalation anesthesia is widely used in veterinary clinics. In the process of inhalation anesthesia, different induced anesthesia has different effects on the body.Regarding the influence of induced anesthesia on the body There is less research. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the effects of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum on the physiological functions of rabbits under the commonly used clinical anesthesia induction with dexmedetomidine and isoflurane, and perform rabbit laparoscopy under anesthesia Ovariectomy. The experiment used New Zealand white rabbits as experimental animals.Divided into a control group and an experimental group, each with 8 animals. Both groups were induced by Zoletil and dexmedetomidine and maintained anesthesia with isoflurane. The control group maintained inhalation anesthesia for 90 min without establishing pneumoperitoneum;the pneumoperitoneum group maintained 10 mm Hg pneumoperitoneum pressure for 90 min.In the experiment, starting from the rabbit entering a stable state, the intraoperative circulation and respiratory system were recorded every 15 min,and the clinical manifestations of the experimental rabbits were observed and recorded after the operation. At 7 time points of 24 h,48 h,and 72 h,blood was drawn from the ear veins to measure liver and kidney function and oxidative stress indicators;and under the conditions of induction of Zoletil and dexmedetomidine and maintenance of isoflurane anesthesia, the blood was passed through the abdominal cavity Laparoscopic exploration of the left crotch, midline abdomen, and right crot ch of New Zealand white rabbits was carried out to obtain laparoscopic anatomical data.At the same time, laparoscopic techniques we re used to perform ovariectomy. The systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)of the pneumoperitoneum group were higher than those of the control group except for the initial time point;the respiratory frequency(RR)of the pneumoperitoneum group was higher except for the initial test time and 90 min Control group;the end-respiratory carbon dioxide(PETCO~2)of the pneumoperitoneum group was significantly higher than that of the control group from 15 min(P<0.05),and it was extremely significantly higher than that of the control group from 60 min(P<0.01);the blood oxygen saturation of the two groups The degree is higher than94%at all time points;alanine transferase(ALT),aspartate transferase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and total bilirubin(TBIL)in the pneumoperitoneum group Creatinine(CRE)and urea nitrogen(BUN)were higher than the control group except for the initial time point, and there was no significant difference at 72 h after the operation(P>0.05);the malondialdehyde(MDA)of the pneumoperitoneum group was higher than the control all the way The superoxide dismutase(SOD)of the pneumoperitoneum group was lower than that of the control group except for the initial stage and 72 h,and was extremely significantly higher than that of the control group at 2 h and 10 h(P<0.01).Shows significance. There was no significant difference between the two groups of catalase at the full time point. In this experiment, laparoscopic data of the left crotch, midline, and right crotch were obtained under the conditions of induction of Zoletil and dexmedetomidine and maintenance of isoflurane anesthesia, and the double-port laparoscopic ovariectomy of New Zealand white rabbits was completed. There were no obvious intraoperative and postoperative complications. The results showed that under the induction of Zoletil and dexmedetomidine and the maintenance of isoflurane anesthesia, carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum can affect the breathing and circulatory system of rabbits, damage liver and kidney function, and cause oxidative stress, but the degree is slight and can be short-term Return to normal level;Rabbit laparoscopic exploration and laparoscopic ovariectomy can be performed smoothly under th e induction of Zoletil and dexmedetomidine and maintenance of isoflurane anesthesia. This method has great clinical application value in small animals. |
