| As a common experimental animal,rabbit plays an important role in biology,comparative medicine,veterinary medicine and other research fields.With the deepening of scientific research and the increase of clinical medical records,the demand for anesthesia in rabbits is expanding day by day.In China,rabbits are becoming more and more popular as companion animals.With the increase of people’s curiosity,the phenomenon of a feed especially pet is becoming more and more popular.This means that,compared with the past,the daily diagnosis and treatment volume of rabbits is increasing,and the demand for anesthesia is also greater;for example,routine surgery and other oral examinations,dental radiography and tooth trimming and other invasive examination procedures.Because of its timidity,sensitivity to pain,high risk of anesthesia,and higher mortality than dogs,cats and other animals,a safe and effective anesthesia method is an important condition for the successful completion of rabbit surgery.At present,there are still some problems in rabbits during anesthesia,such as large fluctuation of physiological indicators,long anesthesia maintenance time,difficult to control the depth of anesthesia,difficult to master the amount of anesthetic,low survival rate after operation.Compound anesthesia has become the mainstream method of rabbit anesthesia research,but there is no suitable depth and safe and reliable rabbit specific anesthesia program.Anesthesia in rabbits is associated with a higher risk of death and gastrointestinal complications due to anatomical,physiological and behavioral characteristics.The purpose of this study is to study a simple,effective,safe and effective method of compound anesthesia analgesia in rabbits.The purpose of this study was to compare the two methods of anesthesia and analgesia,evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods of anesthesia and analgesia by monitoring the indicators,so as to provide the basis and theoretical method for the selection of anesthesia and analgesia in routine surgery of rabbits,and to promote the application of Zoletil-Dexmedetomidine combined anesthesia in surgery and veterinary clinic.The application provides a theoretical basis.The rabbits were anesthetized,and the ovariectomy was started after anesthesia.The anesthesia time was controlled for one hour and the bleeding volume was 10%.During anesthesia,the basic physiological indexes(temperature,heart rate,respiration,mucosal refilling time,ECG,blood pressure,blood oxygen,end tidal carbon dioxide)were measured every five minutes during anesthesia.Anesthesia depth,pain response and muscle relaxation were measured every five minutes during operation(refer to the scale of NortheastAgricultural University paper).After anesthesia,routine physiological indexes were monitored every 10 minutes until the animals returned to the preoperative indexes.The animals were monitored for pain every hour(refer to the pain scale developed by Colorado State University).At the same time,anesthesia time was recorded;anesthesia depth,pain response and muscle relaxation degree were measured every five minutes;RBC,Hb,WBC,WBC,PLT,ALT,ALP,CREA,BUN,CK,AST were measured before and after operation.Finally,the data of each group were integrated for data analysis,and the two surgical methods were evaluated by the changes of various indicators.The results showed that there was no significant effect on heart rate,respiration,body temperature and blood indexes of animals based on Shutai-duomijing combined anesthesia.The anesthesia induction of the two groups was rapid,and the anesthesia maintenance time was 40 min;the anesthesia effect was real;the analgesic,sedative and muscle relaxant effects were ideal and balanced.ZDB group had little effect on the main physiological functions of the body,which could meet the needs of clinical operation.The prescription can meet the anesthesia needs of scientific research and clinical diagnosis and treatment in related fields. |
