| Oats has rich nutritional value.However,due to unreasonable and imperfect cultivation measures and fertilizer utilization,the yield of oats is low.The test material is Baiyan No.2,four nitrogen fertilizer concentration gradients and four phosphate fertilizer concentration gradients were set,respectively,nitrogen fertilizer are 0 g·m-2,7 g·m-2,and14 g·m-2,21 g·m-2,phosphate fertilizers are 0 g·m-2,5 g·m-2,10 g·m-2,15 g·m-2randomized block trials,a total of 16 treatments.Through the fertilization experiment of oats,the research of the interaction of nitrogen fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer on the growth of oats was carried out,to find a suitable concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers,to promote the rational use of oats to increase the yield of oats,and to plant oats scientifically.1.The plant height and leaf area of oats reached the maximum when the nitrogen fertilizer concentration was 14 g·m-2 and the phosphorus fertilizer concentration was 10g·m-2.Stem thickness at heading,filling,and maturity stages is affected by nitrogen fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer,and at the heading and maturity stage,the nitrogen fertilizer concentration is 21 g·m-2 and the phosphorus fertilizer concentration is 10g·m-2.2.Combined application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers can promote the net photosynthesis rate,the best effect is when the nitrogen fertilizer concentration is 14g·m-2 and the phosphorus fertilizer concentration is 10 g·m-2,and the nitrogen fertilizer concentration is 7 g·m-2 and the phosphate fertilizer concentration is 15 g·m-2.The stomatal conductance and transpiration rate reached the maximum,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The intercellular CO2 concentration reaches the maximum in the treatment without fertilization.3.Combined application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers has a significant impact on the seed yield and yield components of oats.When nitrogen fertilizer is 7g·m-2and phosphorus fertilizer is 10 g·m-2,the yield related indicators of yield components reaches the maximum.Ear length,1000-grain weight,number of grains per plant,and grain weight per plant were significantly positively correlated with seed yield.Through curve fitting of nitrogen fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer,it is found that the nitrogen fertilizer is 7 g·m-2.The optimal phosphorus application rate is 8.75 g·m-2,and the seed yield reaches the maximum value of 512.00 g·m-2,and the phosphate fertilizer is10 g·m-2,the optimal nitrogen application rate is 7.65 g·m-2 and the maximum seed yield is 366.90 g·m-2.4.The biomass of oats showed a gradual increase with the growth period,and the biomass reached the maximum in the nitrogen fertilizer is 7 g·m-2and the phosphorus fertilizer is 5 g·m-2.The nitrogen fertilizer concentration is 7 g·m-2 and the phosphorus fertilizer concentration is 5 g·m-2 The proportion of ears of m-2 reaches the maximum,when the nitrogen fertilizer concentration is 14 g·m-2 and the phosphate fertilizer concentration is 10 g·m-2,the proportion of leaves is the largest,the nitrogen fertilizer concentration is 21 g·m-2,and the phosphate fertilizer concentration is 0 g·m-2 stems accounted for the largest proportion,nitrogen fertilizer concentration was 21 g·m-2,phosphate fertilizer concentration was 15 g·m-2 roots accounted for the largest proportion.5.The nutrient content of oats is significantly affected by the combined application of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizers.Under a certain level of nitrogen fertilizer,the soluble protein and soluble sugar content of oats grains increase with the increase of phosphate fertilizer,and the nitrogen application rate is 21 g·m-2,The maximum value is achieved when the phosphorus application rate is 15 g·m-2. |
