Research On New Rural Composting Ecological Toilet Technology

With the in-depth development of the“toilet revolution”,the demand for new eco-toilet technology has become a big problem for us.In order to solve the problem of rural manure and kitchen waste disposal,this study studied the feasibility of using manure,kitchen waste and corn stover for synergistic fertilizer research for the purpose of developing a new type of rural water-free composting ecological toilet.The optimal operating parameters were determined by analyzing the effects of excreta separation,ventilation frequency and residence time on the product.The ecological toilet innovatively uses the kitchen waste produced in the household as a raw material to co-fertilize with the manure and the straw,and realizes the treatment and resource utilization of the feces and kitchen waste on the local basis.The two-compartment continuous composting reactor realizes the continuity of household composting:realizes active oxygen supply and agitation,solves the problem of mixing and oxygen supply of aerobic composting equipment;combines the technical and economic conditions of rural areas,and has low construction cost Easy to maintain and manage.The results showed that the high moisture content of the non-separated group of excreta hindered the oxygen supply of aerobic microorganisms,which made the heating process difficult during the experiment.The form of excretion of feces and urine was more suitable for the ecological toilet.The ventilation frequency was too large or too small.It is difficult to raise the temperature of the pile in the toilet.It can better ensure the aerobic composting by ventilating for 5minutes every 30minutes.Indirectly,the ratio of the feces,kitchen waste and straw is changed by changing the residence time of the material in part A.By comparing the maturity and nutrient content of compost products,it is considered that the retention ability of nitrogen in the 15d group is stronger,and the maturity in 20d is better.Finally,the residence time is 15-20d,which is the optimal residence time of the composting process..This ecological toilet is superior to traditional dry toilets in terms of comfort,sensory experience,and other senses.It can improve the health of people’s living environment,improve people’s quality of life,and meet the requirements of modern people’s living environment.The waste,kitchen waste and other rotten waste can be recycled and reused,which saves resources while reducing environmental pollution and reducing the load of water treatment and environmental pollution.
