In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standards and the development of the breeding industry, increased people have enjoyed the good life brought by a rich dining table. However, the continuous expansion of the consumption has brought about a large quantity of waste in related industries.Turning waste into treasure has become the research direction of many scholars.Among them, composting technology attracts extensive attention since it is easy to operate and to be promoted. In this paper, kitchen waste(active ingredients are 50% vegetables,30% fruits,5%staple food,5% eggshells and others)and livestock and poultry manure(mainly chicken manure)are used as materials,by using the method aerobic composting, this study aims at exploring the influence of different initials conditions including nitrogen to carbon ratio, moisture content,PH value and turning times on temperature of compost, moisture content,N,P,K content, germination index so as to select the optimal initial conditions. Then external bacterial agents were added to further study the organic-inorganic compound fertilizer. At last, the selected compost was utilized for the growth of Chinese cabbage and comparison was conducted between experimental group and the control group to explore its value in practical application.Through the research, when the carbon-nitrogen ratio of the pile is 25:1,the temperature of the pile rises the fastest, and the high temperature is maintained for the longest time, which meets the requirements of maturity and harmless treatment. And the seed germination rate is the highest;when the number of turning times is 3、5、7days/time,and the seed germination rate exceeds 85%.the germination rate of seeds with turning times of 5 days/time exceeds 90%,and the pH of the pile is stable, which meets the needs of microbial growth.maintaining the moisture content between 50%-60% can well meet the growth conditions of microorganisms;when the pH is 8,the heating rate and seed germination rate are the most ideal among the three treatments. The fermentation temperature of the compost under the treatment of the three kinds of bacterial agents added in the experiment all met the relevant standards for the harmless treatment of fertilizers in organic-inorganic compound fertilizers in "GB/T18877-2020".The treatment group 3(bacteria agent 3)had a better conversion efficiency of organic matter in aerobic composting and had the highest promotion efficiency of seed germination index. The germination rate of Chinese cabbage under the treatment of 6 groups of compost products was higher than that of the common soil in control group. The initial conditions of composting were carbon-nitrogen ratio of 25:1,turning times of 7days/time,moisture content of 50%,When the pH was 8 and the bacterial agent was 3,the plant height, root length and biomass of Chinese cabbage were higher than those in the common soil in control group, which was beneficial to the accumulation of plant height, root length and biomass of Chinese cabbage. This study screened and optimized the conditions of composting, and investigated the effects of compost produced under different ratio on the growth of Chinese cabbage. In this way,the optimal parameters for the mixed composting of livestock manure and kitchen waste are determined.providing guidance for the harmless treatment and utilization of livestock manure and kitchen waste.
