| Biochar/based fertilizer is a new type of fertilizer made by mixing biochar and chemical fertilizer in a certain proportion.Previous studies have shown that the application of biochar/based fertilizer can improve crop yield and quality.Previous studies have focused on crops such as peppers, peanuts, and tomatoes, while less on grape productio..Therefore,in this thesis, the application of biochar/based fertilizer to fruit and wine grape production is tested and evaluated. The changes of grape growth and quality under the application of biochar/basedfertilizer are observed and analyzed. The biochar/based fertilizer is used to evaluate the soil properties and nutrients and grape growth of grape. And the impact of quality, provide scientific basis and technical reference for the application and promotion of biochar/basedcompound fertilizer to the production of high-value agricultural products. The main findings are as follows:(1)Effects of biochar/based fertilizer on the growth and quality of fruit grapesThe two kinds of biochar/based fertilizers improved the growth and quality of fruit grapes to varying degrees. The SPAD value, soluble solids and soluble protein content of grape under the treatment of corn charcoal fertilizer were the highest, compared with the control, the increase in test A was 12.3%,11%and 6.3%respectively;in test B,it was increased by 15%,11%and 7.2 respectively.%.The single fruit weight and single fruit diameter of the grape were the highest under the treatment of mixed biochar/based fertilizer.Compared with the control, the increase in test A was 43.7%and 14%respectively;in test B,it was increased by 68.67%and 17.67%,respectively.Under the treatment of two kinds of biochar/basedfertilizers,the content of vitamin C and solid acid increased by 5%~18%,and the content of tartaric acid decreased by about 10%.(2)Effects of biochar/based fertilizer on soil properties after fruit grape harvestUnder the application of two kinds of biochar/based fertilizers, soil pH and nutrient content increased.Under the treatment of mixed biochar/basedfertilizer,the soil pH increased significantly by 10%~20%,and the available potassium content increased by 5%~10%.The content of total nitrogen and organic matter increased by 0.1-0.3 g/kg and 2~9g/kg under the treatment of biochar/basedfertilizer.The effect of corn-based carbon fertilizer on soil available phosphorus content was more obvious, which was 26%higher than that of the control.(3)Effects of biochar/based fertilizer on the growth and quality of wine grapesThe Vc content of corn charcoal biochar/based fertilizer increased significantly,up to 10.12mg/100g;the soluble solid content of grape under mixed biochar/based fertilizer was 11.5%higher than that of control;the tartaric acid content of grape under the application of biochar/based fertilizer increased significantly by more than 20%compared with the control;4 treatments There was no significant difference in pH and solid acid ratio. There was no significant difference in the content of total phenol,SOD,anthocyanin and tannin in the grape under the application of biochar/based fertilizer.(4)Effect of biochar/based fertilizer on soil after wine grape harvestThe soil pH,total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium content increased significantly after application of biochar/based fertilizer.Among them, the pH of the soil increased by the application of corn charcoal and high potassium fertilizer(up 0.4 units). The soil had the highest nutrient content after application of corn charcoal(the total nitrogen was as high as 2.72g/kg;the available P content was 63.88%higher than that of soil fertilizer, and the available potassium content was 12.72%higher than the control).Under the application of three kinds of biochar/based fertilizers, the soil organic matter content was significantly higher than the control, and the organic matter content of the mixed biochar/based fertilizer application was 16.89%higher than that of the control.(5)Analysis of the properties of grapevine charcoalFrom the experiment of converting vines into vines, the specific surface area of vines increased by 3 times compared with vines, the aromatic hydrocarbon content in functional groups increased, the structure was more stable, and the total nutrient content of NPK increased.Potassium has the highest nutrient recovery rate of up to 90%.Therefore,the carbonization of grapevines promotes the conversion and utilization of grapevine resources. |
