| Halyomorpha halys(Stal)is an important agricultural and forestry pest of the Hemiptera family(Pentatomidae). In recent years, its occurrence and damage in my country has shown a trend of increasing.H.halys mainly rely on host plant volatiles for host location and other behavioral activities, but the chemical communication mechanism of H.halys is still unclear. In order to explore the influence of host plant volatiles on the host selection behavior of adult H.halys, this paper uses Y-type olfactory instrument, antenna potential-gas chromatography(GC-EAD),gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and other technologies,Studied the behavior and electrophysiological response of H.halys to the host plant volatiles, and identified and analyzed the active components of the volatiles to clarify the chemical communication mechanism between H.halys and the host plant volatiles. The main research results as follows:The behavioral responses of H.halys to Helianthus annuus L.,Glycine max(Linn.)Merr.and Cleome gynandra L.at the seedling and flowering stages were tested by Y-type olfactory instrument. The results showed that the three host plants at the seedling stage all had significant behavioral trends to male and female adult H.halys(P<0.05).In the three host plants at the flowering stage, the male and female adults of the H.halys significantly preferred the flowering branches of the host plant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the male and female individuals of H.halys.Through the antenna potential-gas chromatography coupled(GC-EAD)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)techniques,21 species that can cause the antennae potential of the H.halys were identified from the volatile components of Helianthus annuus L.,Glycine max(Linn.)Merr.and Cleome gynandra L.The active substances for electrophysiological reactions are butyl butyrate,1,2-diethylbenzene,4-carene,nonanal,2,2,3-trimethyl-3-cyclopentene-1-acetaldehyde,Decanal,pentadecane,acetophenone,p-ethylacetophenone,dimethylnonane,2,6,11-trimethy ldodecane,dodecanal,4,6-dimethyl-Dodecane,isobutyl phenylacetate, isobutyl isovalerate, methoxy acetic acid,2-methylbutyl 2-methylbutyrate,isophorone,3,4-dimethylacetophenone,2-isopropyl-5-methyl-1-heptanol and dimethyl phthalate. The EAG dose-response curve shows that when the active substance concentration is 10mg/ml,the H.halys produces a significant EAG response to acetophenone and decanal, and the relative response value of the EAG of the other active substances tested increases with the concentration of the adult male and female H.halys.And increase. The Y-type olfactory instrument was used to test the preference behaviors of H.halys adults on the three plant volatile components. The results showed that the male and female adult H.halys responded to 10 mg/ml p-ethylacetophenone,acetophenone,3,4-Dimethylacetophenone and butyl butyrate have a significant trend, and there is a significant trend for 100mg/ml p-ethylacetophenone,acetophenone and 3,4-dimethyl acetophenone;and for 10mg/ml of 2,6,11-trimethyldodecane,n-pentadecane,dodecanal,decanal,1,2-diethylbenzene,isobutyl isovalerate and isobutyl phenylacetate and 100mg/ml of 2,6,1 1-trimethyldodecane,n-pentadecane,dodecanal,decanal,1,2-diethy lbenzene, isobutyl isovalerate, isobutyl phenylacetate and butyl Butyl acid has no significant trend, and there is no significant difference between male and female individuals of H.halys.The visual signal and the combination of olfactory signal and visual signal on the tropism of H.halys adults were measured by Y-type olfactory instrument and LED light. The degree of response of H.halys to the chemotaxis selection behavior of the three colors is:green light>white light>yellow light;except for the combination of yellow light and Helianthus annuus L.compared with green light, the adult H.halys had a significant effect on green light behavior tends to outwards. The combination of other host plant flowers and different colors of light is compared with a single color. The adult H.halys has a significant behavior tendency to the combination of host plant flowers and different colors of light. There is no significant difference between the male and female individuals of the H.halys difference. |
