This experiment aims to studuy the effects of dietary enzymatically treated Artemisia annua and Bacillus licheniformis on growth performance, serum antioxidant, intestinal immunity and microflora structure of broilers. It is intended to provide theoretical support for the application of enzymatically treated Artemisia annua and Bacillus licheniformis in broiler production. The test consists of two parts.EXP.1 Effects of dietary enzymatically treated Artemisia annua and Bacillus licheniformis on growth performance, meat quality, serum antioxidant and immunityA total of 600 1-day-old Cobb broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups.Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet, and others in antibiotic group, test group Ⅰ,test group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed the basal diets supplemented with 20 mg/kg virginiamycin premix,1 g/kg enzymatically treated Artemisia annua,200 mg/kg Bacillus licheniformiss and 1 g/kg enzymatically treated Artemisia annua plus 200 mg/kg Bacillus licheniformis. Each group has 6 repetitions and each repetition is 20 broilers. The test lasted 42 days. The results showed as follows:1)1-42 d,The test group Ⅲ with the average daily gain was significantly higher(P<0.05).22~42 d,the average daily weight gain and 42-day-old body weight of the test group Ⅲ increased significanty(P<0.05),and the feed weight ratio was significantly reduced in the antibiotic group, test group Ⅰ and Ⅲ(P<0.05).2)In terms of chest muscle quality, the yellowness and PH24h value of the antibiotic group were significantly reduced and increased(P<0.05),and the drip loss of the test group Ⅰ was significantly reduced(P<0.05).In terms of leg muscle quality, the yellowness was significantly reduced in the antibiotic group, test group Ⅰ and Ⅲ(P<0.05),and the yellowness of test group Ⅱ had a decreasing trend(P>0.05).The drip loss of the test group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).3)At the age of 21 days, the SOD of test group Ⅲ was significantly increased(P<0.05).At 42 days of age,the T-AOC in the test group Ⅱ compared with the control group and antibiotic group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the MDA in the antibiotic group and the test groups were significantly lower(P<0.05).4)At 21 days of age,the IgA content of test groups Ⅱand Ⅲ were significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05),the IgA content of test group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of trial group Ⅱ(P<0.05),and the IgG of the three test groups compared with the control group and antibiotic group were significantly higher(P<0.05),At 42 days of age,the IgG content of the other four groups increased significantly(P<0.05).5)At 21 days of age,the sIgA content of the test group Ⅱ and the antibiotic group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 and pro-inflammatory factor IL-1β of the antibiotic group were significantly higher than the other four groups(P<0.05).At 42 days of age,The IL-10 and TNF-α were significantly decreased and increased respectively in the antibiotic group and the three test groups(P<0.05).The results show that enzymatically treated Artemisia annua and Bacillus licheniformis alone or in combination could improve the quality of breast muscles and leg muscles and growth performance by improving broiler serum antioxidant and immune performance, intestinal immunity and other indicators, and the combined use of the two has a better promotion effect on growth performance.EXP.2 Effcets of dietary enzymatically treated Artemisia annua combined with Bacillus Licheniformis on ileal and cecal microbiota of broilersThe ileal and cecal contents of the control group, antibiotic group, test group Ⅰ,and group Ⅲ were selected at 21 and 42 days of age to determine the micro flora. The results of gut microbes showed:1)The Alpha diversity analysis of the ileum and cecum microbes at 21 and 42 days old showed that the diversity and richness of the ileum and cecum microbial microflora in the two test groups increased(P<0.05)..2)The dominant phyla of the ileum and cecum were Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes, but the relative abundance of Firmicutes in the test groups increased. At the genus level of ileum, the relative abundance of Bacteroides in test group Ⅰ,Lactobacillus in test group Ⅲ and Ruminococcaceae related bacteria in test group I and Ⅲ increased(P>0.05);On 42 days, the relative abundance of Bacteroides in test group I and Lactobacillus in test group Ⅲ have an upward trend, but the difference is not significant(P>0.05).On 42 days, the relative abundance of cecal Faecalibacterium in test group I and groupⅢ were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the relative abundance of Ruminococcaceae_UCG-014 in test group Ⅲ was significantly increased(P<0.05).The results show that the addition of enzymatically treated Artemisia annua alone or combined with Bacillus licheniformis can improve the structure of the intestinal microflora, increase the diversity of the intestinal microflora, and increase the relative abundance ratio of Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes. This improves broiler production performance. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | enzymatically treated Artemisia annua, Bacillus
