Paddy field mechanized land preparation is an important part of the whole mechanized rice production The damage will also directly affect the effect of rice machine transplanting, rice seedling root growth and development, field management and other follow-up operations. The traditional land preparation process is more complicated, the land preparation period is long,time-consuming and laborious, and the efficiency is low.The concept of conservation tillage and less no-tillage promoted the development of paddy land preparation technology, and not only many no-tillage and stubble pulping machines began to appear in the agricultural machinery market, which was a new type of machine that could complete the requirements of rotary tillage, grass burying and ground pulping in one operation. However, most of the existing researches on paddy field are focused on the design innovation and operation effect investigation of paddy field pusher, and few on the operation mechanism of paddy field pusher. There are many studies on the three-dimensional spatial distribution of straw after dry fanning and rotary farming, but no one has studied the length distribution and quantity distribution percentage of straw in mud layer after paddy field pulping. Therefore, stir pulp operation effects of different cutting tool, the author of this paper:including the depth of the mixed slurry stability, faults buried depth, vertical distribution of straw, operation energy consumption and knife type, speed, knife seat arrangement as well as the relationship between soil basic physical conditions for further study, based on the laboratory in situ tillage mechanics experiment platform based on the field, the field mixed pulp in situ test, the stability of the tillage depth, burying stubble effect and operation energy consumption was studied, and in the field of 1GKN-260B paddy field under the condition of buried crop tillage machine were buried grass pulp, fuel consumption performance evaluation. It provides a certain theoretical basis and technical reference for paddy field preparation in southern rice-growing areas. The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)In order to study the influence of soil physical parameters(moisture content, bulk density, total porosity)and mechanical parameters(soil compactness)on the effect of stirring operation(stability of stirring depth, straw burying and energy consumption),this paper carried out a systematic investigation and analysis on soil parameters and straw density of the test plot. The results showed that the straw density of the test plot was 392.14 kg/mu.Before water loading, the average moisture content, average bulk density and total porosity of the soil in the 0-20 cm layer were 22.20%,1.40 g/cm3 and 47.29%respectively.With the increase of soil depth, the bulk density, porosity and moisture content gradually increased, and the average soil compactness in the 0-45 cm layer was 1241.21 kPa and gradually increased with the increase of soil depth.(2)To study the paddy field stir stir pulp slurry operations buried depth stability, grass, stir pulp mechanism, this article is based on in situ tillage mechanics laboratory field test, conducted the construction of the field mixed pulp in situ test bench, and for IT225,IIT195,IIIT175 three rotary knife the paddy burying stubble stir pulp test, evaluation of the cutting tool in knife roller speed 280 r/min respectively,348 r/min and 510 r/min when buried crop perfonnance, the working energy consumption differences, the experimental results showed that under the condition of the same speed,IT225 plow deep stability of rotary knife is best,The depth stability of IIT175 rotary blade was the second, the depth stability of IIT195 rotary blade was the worst, and the straw residue of IT225 rotary blade after operation was at least 80.10g,and the vegetation coverage rate B=92.87%.Under the same rotating speed condition, there was no significant difference in the torque and power consumption of the three kinds of rotary blade, which indicated that the rotating speed of the blade roller was the key factor affecting the torque and power consumption in rotary fanning with water.IT225 rotary blade with better performance was selected.(3)For special stir pulp and conventional IT225 rotary knife stir pulp homework after burying stubble effect, the evaluation is more detailed, based on national standard of the paddy field ground stir pulp machine(GB/T 24685-2009),on the basis of this paper put forward the straw vertical spatial distribution investigation method, divides into the mixed slurry homework mud layer 0-5 cm,5--10 cm,10-15 cm depth interval, three with a homemade area of 30 x 30 cm2 squared, high 40 cm sample barrels,in as far as possible without disturbance stalk position,to press the square sample bucket slowly into the mud,The stalks of each layer were taken out, washed, dried, and analyzed by image processing software Digimizer for the volume and length distribution of each layer. After the operation of IT225 rotary tiller, the straws are mainly distributed in the 0-5 cm,and most of the short straws are exposed on the ground, and some of the long straws are inclined to be distributed in the 0-5 cm and 5-10 cm mud layer.(4)To study the buried 1GKN-260B paddy crop tillage machine operation fuel consumption,in this paper the experimental plot of water after continuous soil compactness, starting from the sheung shui to complete timing,25 random sampling method, test every 3 h a,investigating and analyzing the soil compactness with the changing law of bubble water time, and respectively in sheung shui,36 h,12 h,24 h after 48 h a stir pulp operations, comparing each operation fuel consumption, analysis the corresponding time soil compactness on homework fuel consumption, the influence of the experimental results showed that:With the increase of soaking time, soil compactness decreases gradually and rapidly at 0-12 h,slowly at 12-36 h,and generally at about 300 kPa at 36-48 h.The oil consumption of dragging operation also gradually decreases with the increase of soaking time. After soaking for 36 hours, the stubble mixing operation in paddy fields has a small oil consumption and low cost.
