In order to effectively screen the dominant species of hybrid corn species F1,16different agronomic traits of F1 generation of 26 corn hybrid combinations were observed and measured with Jingke 958(JK958),a local popularization variety in Naiman,Inner Mongolia.Multivariate statistical analysis showed that strain 57,strain 582,strain 264,strain 320 and so on were similar to the control sample JK958 agronomic traits.Secondly, chemometric analysis such as principal component analysis, system cluster analysis, and two-dimensional correlation spectrum analysis were performed by near-infrared spectroscopy and mid-infrared spectroscopy, and strains similar to the control samples were further screened. The results show:The results of principal component analysis of near-infrared spectroscopy and mid-infrared spectroscopy are roughly the same as those of systematic cluster analysis. At the same time, the accuracy of principal component analysis and systematic cluster analysis results is roughly proved by two-dimensional correlation spectrum analysis. The study found that the results of cluster analysis of agronomic traits overlap with the results of near/middle-infrared spectral clustering.Strain 26 with an autocorrelation strength of 10-5 are closer to JK958 and are grouped together;strain 14,strain 9 and strain 157 with an autocorrelation strength of 10-4 are grouped together. The clustering results of agronomic traits confirmed the effectiveness of near-infrared spectroscopy and two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy for rapid screening of corn strains. Finally, using the GC-MS,the research method of corn metabolomics was established, and the small molecule metabolites of different strains(variety)corn were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed to find the marker differential metabolites of different strains(variety)of corn. And it was concluded that strain 582,strain 320 was more similar to the control sample JK958.Combining the results of agronomic trait analysis,near/mid-infrared spectroscopy analysis and GC-MS analysis results,we obtained the crossover results of strain 26,strain 320 and strain 582.The above studies indicate that a preliminary rapid screening method for corn strains based on near/mid-infrared spectroscopy and two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy techniques,as well as metabolomics-related analysis,is feasible and effective.
