This test use strawberries"monterey",through the strawberry soilless cultivation of organic fertilizer ratio,the dosage of activated carbon,the screening of compound fertilizer fertilizer quantity research,select the appropriate strawberry soilless cultivation of fertilizer ratio and dosage of activated carbon,for soilless cultivation of strawberry provide theoretical instructions for practical production.The test results are as follows:(1)Organic Fertilizer Proportioning Test:The experiment used the nursery substrate on the market as a control to study the optimal ratio of organic fertilizer for the growth of strawberry seedlings.In plant growth,T3had the highest stem diameter,leaf area,root-shoot ratio,and root activity.Among the fresh weight of strawberry seedlings,T3indicators were higher than other treatments.The chlorophyll content of T3was significantly higher than other treatments.In terms of light and ability,the stomatal conductance and net photosynthetic rate of T2were the highest,while the transpiration rates did not differ greatly in the treatments.In the leaf enzyme activity,T3had the highest CAT enzyme activity,followed by T4.Among the SOD enzyme activities,T1was the highest,followed by T3.Comprehensive analysis of the indicators of the strawberry seedlings treated showed that the strawberry seedlings grown under the T3treatment had the best growth,and the organic fertilizer ratio was most suitable for the growth of the strawberry seedlings.(2)Amount of activated carbon test:Based on the selection of the best ratio of organic fertilizer,the effects of different amounts of activated carbon on the growth of strawberry seedlings were studied.In the plant growth and fresh weight of strawberry seedlings,R3indicators were higher than other treatments,and there were significant differences in plant height,petiole length and leaf area with other treatments.Among the chlorophyll content,R3has the highest chlorophyll b content.In light and ability,the stomatal conductance,net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of R2were higher than other treatments,followed by R3,and the intercellular CO2concentration was the highest in R3.In terms of enzyme activity,the SOD enzyme activity and POD enzyme activity of R3were the highest.In addition,activated carbon mainly affects the matrix in proportion and total porosity.Comprehensive data analysis showed that the strawberry seedlings under R3treatment performed best,and the amount of activated carbon was most suitable for the growth of strawberry seedlings.(3)Compound Fertilizer Top Dressing Test:based on the organic fertilizer ratio and the amount of activated carbon used,the amount of top-dressing compound fertilizer used in strawberry seedlings was investigated.After the first dressing,the height,petiole length,leaf area and plant biomass of Tbwere the highest.In terms of chlorophyll content,the carotenoid content of Tbwas significantly higher than other treatments.In light and ability,Tbhas the highest intercellular CO2concentration and the lowest transpiration rate.TbCAT enzyme activity and SOD enzyme activity were significantly higher than other treatments.After the second top-dressing,the difference between the two measured data shows that the average plant height,stem diameter,petiole length,and leaf area growth of Tbare higher than other treatments.The average growth of Tb’s underground fresh weight was the highest,and its strong seedling index had the largest change.In the change of chlorophyll,the chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b of Taincreased most,followed by Tb.In terms of photosynthetic ability,the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of Tcwere significantly higher than those of other treatments during the two fertilizer application.Intercellular CO2concentration only increased with Te.Ta,Tband Tcincreased in transpiration rate.The results of comprehensive analysis showed that the strawberry seedlings grown under Tbtreatment had the best growth,and the top dressing fertilizer content under this treatment was most suitable for the strawberry seedling cultivation.
