| This experiment explores the application of digital radiography(DR)and echocardiography in the heart examination of healthy beagle dogs.At the same time,combined with actual clinical cases,preliminary exploration of the application of DR and echocardiography in the diagnosis of canine heart disease.Experiment 1: Exploring canine heart DR examination methods,describe the anatomy of the heart in DR images,and analyze the impact of positioning on the size of the heart.The method is to take chest radiographs of 12 healthy beagle dogs in four positions of DV,VD,RL and LL.The exposure conditions are set according to the weight and chest thickness of the experimental dog,the experimental dogs were not anesthetized during shooting.Measure the VHS values of RL and LL chest radiographs respectively,and the cardio-thoracic ratio of DV and VD chest radiographs.The results showed that the VHS values of healthy beagle dogs were 10.0±0.8(RL)and 9.8±0.7(LL),the cardio-thoracic ratio is 0.49±0.04(DV)and 0.50±0.04(VD),there was no significant difference in the VHS value and cardio-thoracic ratio of chest radiographs in different positions(P > 0.05).The experiment also anatomically annotated the cardiovascular structures in the DR images of different chest positions.Experiment 2: Discussed the procedure and operation method of cardiac ultrasound examination,analysis of several commonly used cardiac ultrasound examination techniques,obtain the sound image of each section of the heart,and carry out anatomical labeling.The method is to use two-dimensional echocardiography,color Doppler echocardiography,M-mode echocardiography,continuous Doppler echocardiography,and pulsed Doppler echocardiography to analyze the right side of12 healthy beagle dogs.Scan in the left side and the left side.Obtain the right parasternal long-axis four-chamber view,right parasternal long-axis five-chamber view,right parasternal short-axis view(aortic horizontal section,pulmonary artery horizontal section,mitral valve horizontal section and papillary muscle horizontal section),obtain the apical four-chamber view and the apical five-chamber view in the left decubitus position,according to these slices,the parameter values of each heart cavity are summarized,and draw the anatomical structure diagram of the main section of the heart.The use of tissue harmonic technology can improve the image quality,and the endocardial structure is clearer.Experiment 3:Analyzed 6 heart disease cases in the Teaching Animal Hospital of Jilin University,including hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM),dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)and heart valve disease(HVD)and other diseases.The chest DR films and echocardiograms of these cases have typical imaging findings,and the image quality is clear,indicating that these images can be used for the diagnosis of clinical heart disease.Conclusion: The experiment summarized a complete set of cardiac imaging examination procedures,and obtained standard canine heart DR images and echocardiograms;describes the anatomical structure of the heart of healthy beagle dogs DR and ultrasound images,and summarizes the examination methods and related parameters of the main sections of the canine echocardiogram.The difference of body position in DR examination had no significant effect on the size of the heart(P>0.05).The addition of tissue harmonic technology to the echocardiogram will increase the contrast of the image and make the soft tissue structure clearer.Through case analysis,the application of DR technology and cardiac ultrasound technology to the examination of heart diseases is more conducive to clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
