| As one of the main diseases of wheat,wheat stripe rust has a great impact on wheat yield.At present,the main method of preventing and controlling wheat stripe rust is still chemical control.In recent years,growers have gradually increased their attention to water soluble fertilizers for plants.Plant water soluble fertilizer not only promotes the growth of crops,but also has a certain promoting effect in preventing insects and diseases.This article takes 48%trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole suspension concentrate(Liangyou)and organic water-soluble fertilizer(Ganle)as the object to study its field control effect on wheat stripe rust and its influence on wheat yield.The effect of Liangyou and Ganle on the safety of wheat is clarified.The effect of Le on the control effect of wheat stripe rust,and the effect of Liangyou compound Gan Le on the growth and yield of wheat.The main results were as following:1.The influences of mixed use of Liangyou and Ganle on the control of wheat stripe rust.According to Pesticide-Guidelines for the Field Efficacy Trials on the effects of 6different treatments on control wheat stripe rust were carried out.The results showed that at 25 days after the second treatment,the number of disease centers,diseased plants rate and disease index of increase in the 5 treatment areas Liangyou 20 m L/667m~2,Liangyou 20 m L/667 m~2compound Ganle 50 m L/667 m~2,triadimefon 80 g/667m~2,triadimefon 80 g/667 m~2compound potassium dihydrogen phosphate 50 g/667 m~2and tebuconazole 15 m L/667 m~2were slower down than the blank control treatment.Among them,the number of disease centers,diseased plants rate and disease index of increase in Liangyou 20 m L/667 m~2compound Ganle 50 m L/667 m~2treatment area had the most obvious effect,were 15,8.91%and 0.11%,which were significantly lower than the blank control,41,15.24%and 1.15%..2.The influences of mixed use of Liangyou and Ganle on the growth of wheat.According to Pesticide-Guidelines for the Field Efficacy Trials on the effects of 6 different treatments on the growth of rice were carried out.The results showed that at at 25 days after the second treatment,the flag leaf area and ear weight of wheat in the treatment area of Liangyou 20 m L/667 m~2compound Ganle 50 m L/667 m~2were higher than those of Liangyou 20 m L/667 m~2,triadimefon 80 g/667 m~2,triadimefon80 g/667 m~2compound potassium dihydrogen phosphate 50 g/667 m~2,tebuconazole15 m L/667 m~2and blank control,was 21.51 cm~2and 8.58 cm,respectively,which increased by 4.06%and 3.13%compared with the blank control treatment area.The wheat stalks treated with luscious green seeds are yellow,the grains are full,and the rice growth is significantly better than the rice without Ganle treatting.3.The influences of mixed use of Liangyou and Ganle on the yield of wheat.According to Pesticide-Guidelines for the Field Efficacy Trials on the effects of 6different treatments on the yield of rice were carried out.The results showed that there are differences in the number of effective panicles,effective panicle grains,seed setting rate,and thousand-grain weight in the four treatment areas.The effective panicle number,effective panicle number and thousand-grain weight per unit area of the Liangyou 20 m L/667 m~2compound Ganle 50 m L/667 m~2treatment area slightly higher than the other 5 treatment areas,and the seed setting rate is significantly higher than the other 5 treatment areas.The theoretical rice yield per mu is also somewhat different from the other 5 treatment areas,which is 480.62 kg,and the other 5treatment areas are 441.45 kg、412.06 kg、439.53 kg、436.14 kg and 414.70 kg respectively.The theoretical wheat yield per mu of Liangyou 20 m L/667 m~2compound Ganle 50 m L/667 m~2treatment area was 15.90%higher than that in the blank control treatment area.The rice yields of Liangyou 20 m L/667 m~2,triadimefon80 g/667 m~2compound potassium dihydrogen phosphate 50 g/667 m~2and tebuconazole 15 m L/667 m~2treatment area was 6.45%,5.99%,5.17%higher than that in the blank control area. |
