| China is at a critical stage of poverty alleviation.Although great achievements have been made in poverty reduction,the long-stangding phenomenon of poverty and reture poverty is still prominent.Poverty alleviation by forestry industrialization is an important measure to steadily improve the results of poverty alleviation,but it will lead to the short-term effect of poverty alleviation due to the contradiction between the market value and the goal of social assistance,therefore.it is a major task for us to construct a long-term mechanism to solve this problem from the overall stsituation long-tern and social and economic development.Therefore,this paper based of the theory of stakeholder,incentive and sustainable livelihood,through literature analysis,case study and other methods,taking Dushan County as an example to analyze and summarize the model and effect through poverty alleviation of forestry industrialization,measuring the stability of farmers poverty alleviation by using the the sustainable livelihood analysis framework.Based on the practice,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the poverty alleviation of forestry industrialization in Dushan County,sunch as the lack of sustainable livelihood ability of farmers,too many restrictive factors for development of forestry industry,and the maint role of management is not played enough.In the end,it is proposed to construct a long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation from the aspects of sustainable livelihood capacity improvement,industrial poverty alleviation development and innovative capital investment.This provides a theoretical basis for poverty alleviation and provides policy suggestions for building the long-term mechanism for forestry industrialization and formulating practical measures for poverty alleviation in the new period. |
