Study On The Effect Of Poverty Alleviation In Liaocheng Black Goat Industry

Industrial poverty alleviation is a poverty alleviation method based on the use of local superiority resources,through the cultivation of characteristic industries,giving full play to local advantages,and driving local poor households out of poverty.It requires the reality of poverty alleviation,selects appropriate poverty alleviation projects,improves the sustainable livelihoods of poor households,and enables poor households to participate spontaneously in poverty alleviation,thereby promoting poverty alleviation and getting rich.By visiting the towns and villages of Dongchangfu District and Guan County of Liaocheng City,this paper discussed with the enterprises related to the Black Goat Industry Poverty Alleviation Project,conducted on-the-spot investigations of poor households,consulted relevant policy and measures documents,and designed a set of poverty alleviation for black goat industry.The evaluation system for evaluating the effect hopes to provide some helpful suggestions for the black goat industrial poverty alleviation project in Liaocheng.The content of this paper has the following main aspects:First,the overall development status and existing problems of the meat sheep industry in Shandong Province,as a sub-project of the meat sheep industry,this is also encountered or existed in the development process of the black goat industry poverty alleviation project.The problem,combined with relevant support policy measures,is a simple summary of the problems that exist and the measures that should be taken.Second,design a set of evaluation system and follow-up performance monitoring system for the effectiveness of the black goat industry poverty alleviation project.Through the industrial development data obtained through field research and the poverty data obtained from the establishment of the card work,the black goat industrial poverty alleviation project is feasible respectively.Sex assessment,project targeting assessment,project funding assessment and project management assessment,draw conclusions,find out the problems and propose countermeasures.
