Zhoushan is located in the eastern coastal area of China where abound with Portunid.Many fishing boats with crab cages are specially used for catching Portunid.Portunid fishing industry has gradually become significant in Zhoushan Fishery Economy.However,at present,the equipment of fishing boats with crab cages in China is relatively backward.A part of the fishing process still needs manual assistance,especially in the crab cage decoupling problem.The total process of decoupling and recovery process needs 2-3fishermens to complete manually,which has high labor intensity and potential safety hazards.This problem has seriously reduced the efficiency of fishing.Based on the above problems,this paper mainly researches the automatic decoupler and automatic recovery device from the aspect of improving the fishing automation level of fishing boats with crab cages.It also needs to carry out relevant analysis and experimental testing to improve the fishing technology of fishing boat with crab cage.This paper focuses on the following aspects(1)Crab cage automatic decoupling and recovery device design scheme.a new crab cage automatic decoupling machine and recovery device for fishing boat with crab cages is designed by using Solidworks three-dimensional modeling software and combined with previous data analysis.The device is mainly composed of automatic decoupling system,automatic recovery system and some core parts.According to the automatic decoupling system,the paper designs a circular machine to verify the reliability of the decoupling principle.(2)Mechanical calculation and simulation analysis of automatic decoupling system core components.in the process of fishing,different uplifting speed and loading will have different effects on the stress of the main rope and hook in the two states of going to sea and entering the sea.Therefore,in this work,we should first calculate the catch load and check the fatigue strength of the hook,and finally determine the force relationship between the cage speed and the main rope and hook.In addition,in order to verify the efficiency of force checking and automatic decoupling of the hook,the finite element analysis software ANSYS 19.1 is used to model the crab cage hook and analyze its statics and dynamics.The static energy analysis is used to obtain the total deformation nephogram and equivalent force nephogram of the hook,so as to determine the limit load of the hook.The time needed in the decoupling process can be determined by analyzing the action time and deformation relationship of the "V" shaped opening of the hook through the finite element transient dynamics module.(3)Develop system of controlling crab cage automatic recovery device.according to the operation principle of crab cage automatic recovery device and using PLC controller,this paper designs a set of control system of crab cage automatic recovery device.In this paper,the PLC wiring diagram and control program are designed,and the control system is simulated.The results meet the design requirements.In this paper,the crab cage automatic decoupler and recovery device of fishing boat with crab cage are studied.The research results have certain application value to improve the automatic fishing level of fishing boat with crab cage.This paper can provide theoretical reference for the industrialization of automatic decoupler and recovery system of fishing boat with crab cage.
