| Different parts of cotton seed quality is one of the important factors affecting cotton plant growth and development,and defoliant quality,cotton yield and seed vigor of also nots allow to ignore,the influence of the different parts of the seeds of cotton growth and development period,and the influence of different spraying defoliant on different parts of the plant production,the effects of defoliation,seed vigor,the influence of the seed selection and breeding to provide certain theoretical basis of agricultural production.This study brings to 5 kinds of different parts of the main cotton(on,in,under and mixed)seeds as test materials,to explore the different parts of the seed phenotype in the process of growth and development and performance,and in the early stage of the boll opening defoliant points three periods,and compared the different parts of seed plants in different periods when TDZ treatment and each period TDZ after different defoliation effect,yield and the differences of seed vigor,through the data statistics and analysis of variance,graphing the following results:1.Compared with the emergence rate of seeds in different parts of the field,the emergence rate of seeds in the middle and lower parts of Miaobao 21 was significantly higher than that in the upper and mixed crops,and the seeds in the middle and lower parts were more conducive to orderly emergence.Seedling emergence rate of Xinnongda 1 in middle and mixed seeds was significantly higher than that of upper and lower seeds.Seedling emergence rate of Xinnongda 1 in middle and mixed seeds was more orderly.Seedling emergence rate in the middle of Guoxin 73 was significantly higher than that in the upper and lower parts,and the seeds in the middle were more conducive to orderly emergence.The seedling emergence rate in the middle part of C1was significantly higher than that in the lower part,mixed harvest and upper part,and the seeds in the middle part were more conducive to orderly seedling emergence.The emergence rate of mixed seeds of Xinluzao 37 was the highest,but the emergence rate of upper,middle and lower seeds was higher than that of middle seeds,and the mixed seeds were more conducive to orderly emergence.High seedling emergence rate and orderly seedling emergence are the key to achieve high yield of cotton.2.During the growth and development of different parts of the seed plants,the SPAD value basically showed a"decrease-increase-increase"trend,and the middle seed plants were relatively high,and the rest of the parts were not much different;the plant height showed an"S"increase during the growth and development process.The plant height at the seedling stage is basically the same.As the cotton plant grows and develops,the middle seed plants show a strong growth advantage,the plant height increases faster,and the upper and mixed plant heights are lower;therefore,it can be seen that the middle seed plants are higher than the upper ones.The lower part and mixed harvest have advantages in growth and production,and are suitable for seed retention.3.On the whole,Miaobao 21,Xinnongda 1 and Guoxin 73 had a higher defoliation rate in the middle and upper parts of the three treatments,C1had a higher defoliation rate in the middle and upper parts of the three treatments,and Xinluzao 37 had a higher defoliation rate in the middle and middle parts of the three treatments.From different treatments,defoliation effect of different parts in treatment 2 was better and more concentrated,and treatment 3 times was the worst.The upper seed plantlet opening rate was the highest in different treatments of each variety.Among the three treatments,Miaobao 21,Xinnongda 1,C1and Xinluzao 37,the opening rate in treatment 2 was relatively high and concentrated.Guoxin No.73 treatment3 has a relatively high and concentrated battering rate.4.Miaobao No.21:The fiber length of different treatments of the middle seed plant is increased compared with the control,more regular,and the specific strength is increased,but the micronaire value loss is greater;the fiber length of treatment 1 of each part is the highest,but treatment 1 pair of micronaire The value loss is the largest;treatment 3 pairs of micronaire value loss is the smallest.The middle seed plant of Nongda No.1 has a lower loss in each treatment,but the fiber specific strength loss is serious.The upper and lower seed plants have higher fiber specific strength than the control in each treatment,and the middle micronaire loss is small;treatment 2 pairs of fibers in each part The loss of length and specific strength was lower,and the micronaire value of seed plants in each part of treatment 3 increased.Guoxin No.73:Treatment 2 has the least loss of fiber length of seed plants in each part,each treatment has the least influence on the specific strength of the middle seed plant,and the lowest impact on the micronaire value of the lower seed plant;among the treatments,treatment 3 has the least effect on the seeds of each part.The micronaire value of the plant has the least loss and increased.C1:Treatment 3 has the greatest influence on the contrast strength;the fiber length of the middle seed plant is longer and more regular;the specific strength is greater and more regular.Xinluzao 37:The fiber length loss of the middle seed plants was the least under each treatment,and the fiber length loss of treatment 3 pairs was the least;the middle seed plants had the least loss under each treatment,and the specific strength was greater;each treatment had the lowest loss of the lower seed plants.The micronaire loss is small,and the micronaire loss for the middle seed plants is greater;treatment 3 has a lower micronaire loss,and each part is higher and more tidy. |
