With the popularization of information technology in all walks of life in recent years,the state attaches great importance to the development of horse industry,and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has increased the scientific and technological innovation of horse industry.In order to ensure the healthy growth of horses,it is necessary to further quantify the physiological indicators of horses and obtain a reasonable data model,so as to analyze the growth status of horses.Body size is one of the important indexes to analyze the growth parameters of horse at present.The traditional measurement of horse body size needs a lot of tools and manpower,so a measurement scheme is needed at this stage to reduce the complexity of horse body size measurement and ensure the accuracy of measurement data.In order to achieve this goal,the application of Horse Size Measurement Based on augmented reality technology is developed.With the help of the mobile terminal equipped with lidar scanner,the height and length data of horse are measured,and the machine learning algorithm is used to train the collected horse size data,and then the data prediction model of chest circumference and tube circumference is constructed,and finally the main parameters of horse size are obtained;By analyzing the technical framework of the existing Xinjiang horse industry science and technology innovation platform,and using the existing mature technology to compile the data docking API,the body size data obtained from the application measurement is connected with the platform,and finally the measurement,prediction and input functions of the horse body size data are completed.The main contents and achievements are as follows:(1)More than 4000 horse body size data samples were collected from many regions in Xinjiang,which were divided into training set and test set.Machine learning prediction model was constructed by training five algorithms,including linear regression,support vector regression,gradient lifting regression,decision tree regression and random forest regression,to complete the prediction of chest circumference and tube circumference body size data,and the test set was used for testing,The best prediction model of chest circumference and tube circumference was obtained.(2)Fully study and analyze the body size related data relationship table of the existing Xinjiang horse industry science and technology innovation platform,and develop the data docking interface combined with the existing platform.The interface provides the identity authentication and data entry function of the horse body size measurement app based on AR technology,and lays the foundation for the data docking of the measurement application and the new Xinjiang horse industry science and technology innovation platform.(3)Based on the above chest circumference,tube circumference prediction model and data input interface,the horse body measurement application based on AR technology is designed and developed.The system interface is simple and beautiful,and the operation is convenient.It simplifies the work flow of horse body measurement registration officer,reduces the difficulty of horse body measurement,and provides a new solution for non-contact measurement of other animal body measurements.
