This study takes rice farm machinery simulation as the research object,and establishes a virtual farm machinery model by means of 3D modeling;adopts Mobile Augmented Reality(MAR)technology to design a mobile farm machinery local field operation simulation application,which realizes the AR of farm machinery-related operation images and 3D farm machinery models in the rice museum using cell phones The application realizes the function of observing and interacting with the images and 3D models of agricultural machines in the rice museum using mobile phones.(1)By analyzing the operation process of rice farming machines,we determine the operation simulation link of farming machines;combined with the layout of exhibits in the rice museum,we establish the MAR guide process and common MAR human-machine interaction methods that are consistent with museum visits;based on the above research and analysis,we determine the overall development process of the rice farming machine virtual simulation system.(2)By extracting the natural feature points in the farm machinery-related operation images and 3D farm machinery models,a natural feature point database for AR recognition is established to achieve AR recognition of farm machinery operation images and farm machinery models;for the problem that the recognition rate of a single AR recognition engine decreases significantly when the recognition target is damaged,a MAR-assisted recognition scheme is designed in this study using 2D black and white identification codes.The scheme realizes the fast finding of identification code through the process of adaptive threshold processing and bit bit extraction,and finally realizes MAR-assisted recognition based on black and white identification code through cell phone camera calibration and 3D spatial coordinate conversion method.(3)The 3D virtual modeling technology is used to establish the 3D model of the operation-related virtual agricultural machinery;the Unity3 D engine is combined with the Unity3 D engine to establish the virtual environment around the paddy field,such as the virtual sky,houses and water surface,and the scene baking of the paddy field virtual environment is carried out by the real-time light baking technology.The virtual simulation environment is optimized by virtual scene optimization technology to ensure the smooth operation of the simulation system on the mobile side and complete the construction of the virtual simulation environment for rice farm machinery operation.(4)The virtual simulation APP system of rice farm machinery is designed.The screen adaptive technology is used to realize the design of APP operation interface;the AR observation module of farm machinery is designed according to AR pre-processing method and combined with shader transparent display technology;through theoretical analysis of farm machinery operation process,the relevant operation simulation algorithm is designed to realize accurate simulation of farm machinery operation process,which solves the problem of difficult observation of rice farm machinery operation process due to seasonal and seasonal issues.
