| Cytospora Ehrenb.are an important phytopathogen causing severe canker disease with a worldwide distribution and could infect various hosts.The health of forest in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(Xinjiang)has an important impact on the ecological environment construction and economic and social development.However,the canker disease dominated by Cytospora has a serious impact on the health of main forest in Xinjiang.Earlier research has clarified the main classification basis of Cytospora in Xinjiang,In addition,27 species of Cytospora were identified from shelter forests such as Populus spp.,Salix spp.,and economic forests such as Malus spp.,Juglans regia.At the same time,based on literature records,statistics in Xinjiang have been identified.The 51 species of Cytospora have been recorded.The similarity coefficient of different species of Cytospora in different regions,different hosts and different regions in Xinjiang were analyzed by Arc GIS software,Gephi software and Spreensen.The conclusions in the current study are below.(1)Xinjiang has recorded 51 species of Cytospora and could infect 21 families and 34 genera of hosts,which mainly distributed in 15 regions including Urumqi,Shihezi,Turpan,and Hami.Among them,the most common species is Cytospora chrysosperma,followed by C.nivea.C.ampulliformis,C.cotini,C.longiostiolata,C.eurotiae,C.lycii,C.personata,C.tamaricella are distributed in a few areas.(2)There were more species of Cytospora in Rosaceae(19 species),Salicaceae(18 species),and Elaeagneaceae(8 species).There are fewer species recorded on 10 families of hosts including Moraceae,Loniceraceae,Aceraceae,and they are all 1 species.(3)Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture(31 species)is the most recorded species of Cytospora in Xinjiang,followed by Urumqi(27 species),Tacheng(21 species),and Changji hui autonomous prefecture(20species),Hotan(2 species),Karamay(1 species)and Shihezi(1 species)have fewer recorded species.(4)Comparing the similarity coefficients of Cytospora species among 15 regions in Xinjiang,It is concluded that 2 common species in Karamay and Shihezi is C.chrysosperma,with have the highest similarity coefficient(100%);followed by Hotan,Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture and Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture of Bayingolin,C.chrysosperma and C.schulzei are their common species,the similarity coefficient is also high(both 80%),The common species of Ili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture,Shihezi and Karamay is C.chrysosperma,with the lowest similarity coefficient(6.25%).(5)Cytospora are distributed at an altitude of 1 ~ 2 100 m.The most species of Cytospora at 600 ~ 900m(17 species),the species distributed in 1 ~ 300 m is the least(2 species). |
