| Magnesium is one of the mineral nutrient elements necessary for plant growth and human health.In this experiment,different amounts of magnesium fertilizer were applied in the rice producing areas of Liaoning Province,using the field plot randomized block test method.a total of six treatments are conventional fertilization(N 225kg/hm2,P2O5 90kg/hm2,K2O75kg/hm2),optimized fertilization(N 158kg/hm2,P2O5 50kg/hm2,K2 O 100kg/hm2),optimization+Mg10(apply 10kg/hm2 magnesium sulfate on the basis of optimized fertilization),optimization+Mg20(apply 20kg/hm2 magnesium sulfate on the basis of optimized fertilization),optimization+Mg30(apply 30kg/hm2 magnesium sulfate on the basis of optimized fertilization),optimized +Mg40(apply 40kg/hm2 magnesium sulfate on the basis of optimized fertilization).To study the effects of different magnesium fertilizer rates on soil fertility,rice growth and development,nutrient content changes in stems,leaves and grains,and yield and quality at different growth stages of rice.Propose the appropriate amount of magnesium fertilizer,reduce the input of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer,and provide guidance for scientific application of magnesium fertilizer in Liaoning Province.The results showed that:1.Compared with conventional fertilization,optimized fertilization and other combined application of magnesium fertilizer treatments,optimized +Mg20 and optimized +Mg10treatments can reduce soil p H.The use of different amounts of magnesium fertilizer is beneficial to improve the soil nutrient status and improve the soil nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and magnesium calcium nutrition status.2.Compared with other treatments,the optimized +Mg10 treatment can significantly increase the nitrogen content and phosphorus content in rice stems and leaves.Magnesium fertilizer can increase the content of iron,manganese,zinc and calcium in the stems and leaves.Optimization+Mg10 treatment had the best effect on increasing the content of grain iron,manganese,copper and magnesium,and had no significant effect on grain zinc content.3.Compared with other treatments,the optimization+Mg10 treatment can significantly increase the thousand-grain weight and dry matter weight of rice to increase the yield.The dry matter weight per plant of the optimization+Mg10 treatment is significantly higher than other treatments in the four stages of rice growth.The thousand-grain weight increased by 1.7%-4.7%.The yield is increased by 9.1%-28.0% compared with other treatments.4.The content of crude fat and crude protein of rice under different magnesium fertilizer treatments was significantly different(P<0.05),and the content of crude protein and crude fat of grains treated with optimized magnesium fertilizer was significantly higher than that of conventional fertilization by 25.1%-37.1% and 35.8 %-56.2%,which is higher than the optimized fertilization treatment 2.1%-12.5% and 2.2%-17.5%,indicating that the combined application of magnesium fertilizer on the basis of the optimized treatment can increase the quality of rice grains to varying degrees.5.The correlation coefficients of rice yield,soil exchangeable magnesium content,stem and leaf magnesium content at rice maturity were 0.723**,0.594**,0.555**,showing a significant positive correlation. |
