| To explore under the condition of reducing fertilizer and increasing bio-bacterial manure application,to research on the influence of different content and method of applying bio-bacterial manure and spraying different dosage of magnesium fertilizer on the leaf on the growth,yield and quality of low amylose soft rice varieties Yangengruanyu1.The high-efficiency and high-quality fertilization technology of Yangengruanyu1 is clarified,which lay a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the supporting cultivation technology of Yangengruanyu1.This study adopts four factors three levels orthogonal rotation design:(1)The proportion of compound fertilizer and microbial bacterial fertilizer was 90%+10%,70%+30%,50%+50% respectively,expressed by A1,A2 and A3.(2)Microbial bacterial fertilizer:base fertilizer 100%,base fertilizer 75%+topdressing 25%,base fertilizer50% +topdressing 50%,expressed in B1,B2,B3.(3)MgSO4 was used as base fertilizer,and three levels of 0 kg/hm2,30 kg/hm2 and 60 kg/hm2 were set,which were expressed by C1,C2 and C3.(4)Spraying MgSO4 at booting stage,setting three levels of 0 kg/hm2,0.5 kg/hm2 and 1 kg/hm2,expressed by D1,D2 and D3.The research results show that:1.Effects of different fertilization treatments on Yangengruanyu 1’s main agronomic characters and tillering dynamicsWhen the ratio of compound fertilizer and microbial bacterial fertilizer was 9:1,the yield,seed setting rate and plant height of Yangengruanyu1 were the highest,and decreased with the decrease of compound fertilizer.Panicle length was increased with the decreasing of compound fertilizer,which increase the number of grains per panicle and the number of grains per panicle.However,the decreasing of compound fertilizer result in reducing the ear setting rate and did not achieve the effect of increasing yield.The yield of Yangengruanyu1 is significantly higher than that of other treatments when the microbial fertilizer application is 50% basal fertilizer and 50% topdressing.The yield and ear length of Yangengruanyu1 are the highest when the base fertilizer of magnesium fertilizer was 60 kg/hm2.The tiller number of treatment 3(A1B3C3D3)is higher than that of other treatments at different stages,and the tiller number of rice remains the lowest at treatment 9(A3B3C2D1).Different fertilization treatments affect the increase or decrease of rice tillering,and ultimately affect the effective tillering rate.2.Effects of Different Fertilization Treatments on Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Yangengruanyu1.After different fertilization treatments,the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of Yangengruanyu1 are higher in the early filling stage than in the late filling stage,and the transpiration rate is higher in the late filling stage than in the early filling stage.At the early stage of grain filling,the net photosynthetic rate of treatment 7(A3B1C3D2),stomatal conductance of treatment 8(A3B2C1D3),intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate of treatment 4(A2B1C2D3)are the highest;on the contrary,the net photosynthetic rate of treatment 3(A1B3C3D3),stomatal conductance of treatment 6(A2B3C1D2),intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate of treatment9(A3B3C2D1)are the lowest.The net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance increase with the increase of microbial fertilizer use.The net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance are the lowest in the early filling stage and the transpiration rate is the highest in the late filling stage when the topdressing rate of microbial fertilizer increase.Magnesium fertilizer has little effect on Photosynthetic index.The chlorophyll content,flavonoid content and nitrogen balance index of different fertilization treatments increase first and then decreased,and the maximum value appear at the early stage of grain filling.The content of chlorophyll and nitrogen balance index increase and the content of flavonoids decreased with the increase of compound fertilizer.Biological bacterial fertilizer and magnesium fertilizer has no significant effect on nitrogen balance index.3.Effects of Different Fertilization Treatments on Rice Quality of Yangengruanyu1Different fertilization treatments has little effect on the milling quality and protein content of Yangengruanyu1,but has great influence on the head rice rate and amylose content.Brown rice rate and protein content decrease with the decrease of compound fertilizer,while brown rice rate and head rice rate increase significantly with the increase of topdressing ratio of biological fertilizer,while amylose content decreases.Only spraying magnesium fertilizer has an effect on head milled rice rate,but magnesium fertilizer has no significant effect on other traits.Different fertilization treatments have little effect on the taste quality of Yangengruanyu1.The effects of magnesium fertilizer on the cool paste viscosity and final viscosity of reach a significant level.With the increase of spraying concentration,the cool paste viscosity and final viscosity increase,but other characteristic values changed slightly.4.Effects of Different Fertilizer Treatments on Magnesium and Potassium Content of Yangengruanyu1 GrainsThe content of magnesium and potassium and the ratio of magnesium to potassium are the highest in treatment 3(A1B3C3D3),while the content of magnesium and potassium in treatment 1(A1B1C1D1)is the lowest and the content of potassium is the highest.The proportion of compound fertilizer application decrease,the content of potassium in grains decreased,and the content of magnesium and the ratio of magnesium to potassium do not change significantly.The content of magnesium and the ratio of magnesium to potassium in grains increase with the application of magnesium base fertilizer and magnesium spraying,and the effect of spraying is better than that of base fertilizer treatment.
