In this study,the stable RIL population obtained from the hybrid offspring of Dawn/Shendao4 and the single grain transmission method from crossing to the 11 th generation was used to comprehensively evaluate the yield and quality traits of each material in combination with related traits.The test results are as follows:RIL population yield traits,quality traits,and other related traits changed obviously in both separation and restructuring,the various characters,according to the frequency distribution of 220 RIL population of main yield and quality traits were approximate normal distribution,and a continuous variation,there are different degrees of two-way transgressive phenomena,the number of these traits are controlled by polygene genetic traits;Because two parents of japonica rice varieties and genetic background is similar,so the brown rice rate and amylose content,grain,seed setting rate,such as characteristics of offspring separation is not obvious,but the biological yield per plant,grain number per panicle and panicles traits such as separation,and showed a greater transgression phenomenon,have important reference value in breeding offspring;In RIL population yield traits,panicle number,grain number per panicle,seed setting rate,1000-grain weight and biological yield per plant are all significantly or extremely significantly positively correlated with yield,that is,the yield increases with the increase of various yield traits;Among all the factors,the correlation coefficient between seed setting rate and yield is the largest.RIL population quality traits in the internal,polished rice rate,the polishing rate and fatty acids and eating very significant positive correlation value,protein content,rate and chalk white degree(chalky rice percentage were very significant negative correlation with rice value,the rate of white rice,whole white rice rate and fatty acids is higher,the higher the value of rice,protein content,the lower the rate(chalky rice percentage and chalk white degree,the higher the value of rice;RIL population yield traits and rice quality traits,seed setting rate,1000-seed weight,single plant biological yield,yield and taste value were significantly or very significantly positive correlation,that is,with the increase of seed setting rate,1000-seed weight,single plant biological yield and yield,the taste value increased;The effective panicle number and economic coefficient were significantly or significantly negatively correlated with the taste value,that is,the lower the effective panicle number and economic coefficient were,the higher the taste value was;Among other traits and yield traits in RIL population,plant height,tiller,primary branch number,secondary branch number and grain density were significantly positively correlated with yield,that is,the higher the plant height,the more tillers,the more primary branch number and secondary branch number,the higher the grain density and yield were;Among other traits and quality traits of RIL population,plant height,leaf length,leaf area and food taste value were significantly or extremely significantly positively correlated,that is,the higher the plant height,the longer the leaf and leaf length,and the larger the leaf area,the higher the food taste value;Tiller,leaf color value and inverted leaf color value showed significant or extremely significant negative correlation with food taste value,that is,the fewer tillers,the lower the leaf color value and inverted leaf color value,the higher the food taste value.In the cluster analysis of the yield,quality,and other traits of RIL population,it can be found that the differences of traits among RIL populations can be significantly found by dividing RIL population into six categories according to the yield traits,five categories according to the quality traits,and six categories according to other traits.
