Investigation And Evaluation Of Wild Blue Flower Resources In Wu’an National Forest Park,Hebei

This study took the wild blue flower resources in Wuan National Forest Park of Hebei province as the research object.From July 2018 to November 2019,many field investigations had been conducted on the blue flower resources in 11 resource-rich locations in the region,and the blue flowers found in the investigation had been identified and classified,and some species were researched on reproduction experiments.The main results are as follows:(1)There are totally 86 species of wild blue flowers in 23 families,58 genera,and the families with more genera and species are labiatae and compositae.There are 11single family and single-genus families,accounting for 47.83%of the total number of families.42 genera are single genus and single species of wild blue flowers,accounting for 48.84%of the total species.There are 77 species of herbaceous flowers in the region,among which the perennial herbaceous flowers accounted for more than 2/3 of all the surveyed species.Herbaceous flower resource kinds have absolute advantage.The blooming season is from June to August(2)The ornamental value,ecological value and application value are used as the evaluation indexes,and set 20 evaluation factors to the region of 86 species of blue flowers,and that the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used for the comprehensive evaluation.The total score is greater than 4 and divided into level Ⅰ,3.5 to 4 are divided into level Ⅱ,3 to 3.5 are divided into level Ⅲ,and less than 3 are divided into level Ⅳ.The results show that the level Ⅰ species have Scabiosa comosa,Aquilegia yabeana,Aquilegia viridiflora var.atropurpureas,and it totals 14 species,and these wild flowers not only have high ornamental value,but also have good ecological value and the actual use value.They could be promoted,firstly,and make the scientific and rational used in urban greening.Level Ⅱ includes Caryopteris terniflora,Commelina communis,Elsholtzia ciliata,altogether 33 species,which have high ornamental value and ecological value.(3)Taking Aquilegia yabeana and Aquilegia viridiflora var.atropurpurea which have higher comprehensive evaluation as examples.The seeds were harvested in May2019,and then germinated in September 2019 and March 2020,respectively.The results of seed germination trial on two species of Aquilegia in September 2019 suggest that the seeds of Aquilegia yabeana and Aquilegia viridiflora var.atropurpurea could germinate without breaking the dormancy by low temperature.Both temperature change and growth regulator treatments have an effect on its germination.The best germination conditions are 200 mg/L GA3 soaking for 24 h,light for 8 h,day 20℃/night 15℃,and the germination rate is 59.33%and 48.67%respectively.The test results in the March 2020showed that after seeds are storage for 10 months,the germination rate is 0,the seeds lose their vitality,and the lifespans are relatively short;Cutting experiment of Clematis heracleifolia was carried out in July 2019,and found that different concentrations of IBA had obvious influence on the cuttage of Clematis heracleifolia,which could obviously promote the rooting of cuttings.The best treatment is IBA soaking at the concentration of 600 mg/L for 30 s,the average rooting rate,survival rate and root length reach 61.67%,61.33% and 5.92 mm,respectively.
