Rape can be used and plays an important role in the fields of feed,food,ornamental,industry and so on,and F1 hybrid progenies have strong heterosis.Nowadays,the genetic basis of parent materials of rape is becoming increasingly narrow.It is an effective and important means to analyze genetic diversity by using rape chip,and to configure good parent combinations according to the results,so as to improve the yield of rape.In this study,3761 parents from 17 breeding units in the national key research and development program were used to calculate the genetic distance related to parent materials by using the newly developed 50 K SNP chip,and cluster and cluster analysis were carried out to study the genetic structure and grouping relationship of these parent materials,so as to analyze their genetic information and provide reference for parent selection in rape breeding.The results are described as follows:1.After genotyping and loci screening by microarray,24,778 loci were obtained,and their positions were mapped to specific chromosomes to make density distribution map.The results showed that the loci were evenly distributed in each linkage group,and the highest density was found in the four linkage groups C1-C4.The PIC and MAF values were calculated.The results showed that the PIC values ranged from 0.012 to 0.703,with an average of 0.385,and MAF ranged from 0.00 to 0.50,with an average of 0.26.2.Genetic distance of these materials ranged from 0.005 to 0.564,with an average of 0.347.The distance between parents 2459 and 1980 were the largest,and 2052 and 2034 were the smallest.The genetic distance mainly concentrated in 0.26-0.46,accounting for 96.37%.The average and maximum values of genetic distance of parents from Southwest University were 0.253 and 0.376,respectively;The average and maximum values of genetic distance of parents from Southwest University were the smallest,and those of Qinghai Academy of agriculture and Forestry Sciences were the largest,which were 0.253,0.376 and 0.362,0.559,respectively.3.According to the genetic distance between materials,when the genetic distance is 0.339,3761 samples can be divided into 34 populations,and when the genetic distance is 0.337,these populations can be further divided into 66 subgroups.The number of parents of 66 subgroups ranged from 3 to 708,and the number of varieties in the 6 subgroups 1,3,5,19,20 and 24 was the highest.According to the results,there is no direct relationship between the clustering results and regions.Each unit of material is distributed in each group,and each group contains at least several units of material.4.154 parents from Huazhong Agricultural University were divided into 7 ideal groups by cluster analysis and population analysis.Comparing the two results,it was found that some parents were divided into the same population in the two results,such as z248,z116,zheyou 50,2452,Bing409 r and TR2 and their maintainer,restorer or sterile lines clustered in the same population.By principal component analysis,it was found that the restorer varieties were most dispersed.All maintainer lines,7 sterile lines,20 common parent materials and the only one genic male sterile line were concentrated in the first principal component...
