The dormancy problem of potato tuber is a very complex process,a large number of environmental,physiological and genetic factors have a direct or indirect impact on the potato dormancy and germination.In this study,the dormancy characteristics of three different varieties(lines)potato were used to evaluate the dormancy period of the three potato varieties.The results were as follows:(1).There was a significant difference in dormancy between varieties(lines).20 ?,dormancy more than 95 d varieties are CQR1509,CQW51-2,Bulbank,CQR15-11,CQR15-8,CQR15-1.20 ? storage conditions,the longest dormancy period is CQR15-11,dormancy period is 112 d,completely break dormancy needs 125 d.Dormancy between 75-95 d of the varieties of the Atlantic Ocean,Favoritet,CQW2,CQR16-1,CQR16-1,Shepody,and there was no significant difference between the stages.Dormancy less than 75 d varieties are CQB1540,CQW199,CQW55,ZhangShu 8,CQW100,Qingshu 9,CQR15-5,CQR15-9.CQR15-9 dormancy period is about 50 d,and it is the shortest in all varieties.At 4 ?,the Qingshu 9 and CQR15-9began to germinate at about 60 days.After storage to 150 d,the germination rate of the 20 varieties(lines)did not reach 50%,and the dormancy was not completely relieved.After storage to180 days,the lowest germination rate is Burbank,and the dormant varieties are CQW51-2,Burbank,CQR16-5,CQR15-8 and CQR15-1.(2)The storage time and temperature had a significant effect on the carbonylated protein and malondialdehyde.Favorite,1509 and 1540 on the 20?storage conditions,The carbonyl protein of 100 d is 1.58,2.98 and 3.25 times higher than that of 10 d.At the 4? storage conditions,it was reduced by 12.94% for Favorite.When 1509 and 1540 stored 100 d,the content of carbonyl protein increased obviously,which was 2.72 and 2.87 times of that of 10 d.There was a positive correlation between the germination rate and the content of carbonyl protein of Favorite and CQB1540.The effects of storage time and temperature on MDA were different depending on the variety.But the change is always not significant.Room temperature conditions were significantly higher than the content of 4 ? storage conditions.(3).The storage time and temperature have a significant effect on moisture,and the water loss rate increases gradually with the storage time in the storage process.The higher the temperature,the higher the water loss rate.The room temperature of three varieties in 100 d comparison,water loss rate from big to small in turn is 1540,Favorite and 1509.There was a significant positive correlation between the germination rate and the water loss rate of Favorite and CQB1540.(4)The dynamic equilibrium of endogenous hormones GA3,ABA and IAA in potato was obviously affected by storage time and temperature.Storage time and temperature had significant influence on the content of GA3,and showed a trend of gradually increasing.The content of ABA decreased significantly with the increase of storage time and storage temperature.IAA content is also affected by the storage time and temperature changes,there is an increasing trend.The IAA / ABA and GA3 / ABA ratios were significantly increased during the whole storage period.The correlation analysis between the two ratios and potato germination rate showed that there was a significant linear positive correlation between the IAA / ABA and GA3 / ABA ratios.(5).Storage time and temperature have a significant effect on trisaccharide.Under the condition of 20 ?,the sucrose content of three different cultivars showed a decreasing trend,and the difference was significant at each time.Under the conditions of 4 ?,potato sucrose was significantly higher than room temperature storage conditions due to low temperature saccharification,.In the early stage of dormancy,starch gradually decomposes into reducing sugar,so the content of reducing sugar is increasing.Under the condition of 20 ? storage,the content of fructose and glucose in three varieties increased first and then decreased.The content of sugar in potato was higher than that under room temperature storage at 4 ?.
