Manganese fertilizer applying in order to study the different content before planting with the rotary cultivator fell into the field of long son black cultivation physiological characteristics and yield of highland barley,adopting field randomized block design,mainly studies the manganese fertilizer applying different content of long son black highland barley crop physiological characteristics,the influence of nutrient utilization,etc,to promote Tibetan areas black highland barley industrialization and accurately to provide technical support for poverty alleviation.The main results of the study are as follows:(1)One basal application before manganese fertilizer sowing,Different dosage of manganese fertilizer 7.5 kg/hm2(M1),15 kg/hm2(M2),22.5 kg/hm2(M3),30 kg/hm2(M4),37.5 kg/hm2(M5).The leaf area of flag leaf,chlorophyll(SPAD),net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductivity(GS)and intercell CO2 concentration(Ci)of black highland barley treated with increased in each post-anthesis period compared with the control treated with 0 kg/hm2(M0).Chlorophyll(SPAD),transpiration rate(Tr)and stomatal conductance(GS)showed an overall trend of increasing at first and then decreasing.Therefore,the application of manganese fertilizer has a certain promotion effect on photosynthesis.Based on the comprehensive photosynthetic characteristics of highland barley,the increase of photosynthetic indexes of M4 treatment is particularly obvious in each period after flowering.(2)Application of manganese fertilizer can increase the accumulation of dry matter in various organs at flowering and mature stage of galon black barley.Compared with the control M0 treatment,the accumulation of dry matter in all organs of the other Mn treatments was increased at the flowering and mature stages,and the increase of various indexes of M4 treatment was the most obvious,but it had little effect on the accumulation and distribution rate of dry matter in all organs.Manganese fertilizer could significantly promote the distribution and transport of photosynthate to grain organs of highland barley after flowering,and the effect of M4 treatment was most obvious.(3)In the flowering and mature stages,the nitrogen accumulation of the black highland barley with manganese fertilizer was increased,and the M4 treatment showed the best performance.In terms of nitrogen transport rate and contribution rate of vegetative organs before flower storage,M1 and M2 treatments showed the best performance.The contribution rate of assimilate nitrogen accumulation after anthesis to grain was better in M3,M4 and M5 treatments.In conclusion,M4treatment has the most obvious effect,thus improving the grain yield of black highland barley.(4)Application of manganese fertilizer could prolong the duration of grain filling and increase the accumulation of dry matter in grains.It was found that the thousand-grain weight of highland barley was significantly positively correlated with the occurrence time of the maximum grain filling rate,the duration of the fast increasing period H2,and the duration of the slow increasing period H3.Secondly,the gradual increasing period,the fast increasing period,and the slow increasing period promoted the increase of the thousand-grain weight of highland barley.According to various indexes of grouting under different treatments,M4 treatment had the best effect.(5)The yield of black highland barley was significantly increased by applying manganese fertilizer.Manganese fertilizer can increase the yield,effective panicle number,grain number per panicle,grain weight per panicle,1000-grain weight and panicle length of black highland barley.The best effect is to apply 30 kg/hm2,and the yield reaches5744.83kg/hm2,which meets the requirements of high yield cultivation and is beneficial to high yield of black highland barley.
