| Lettuce is one of the main vegetable crops in Sichuan Province,which is deeply loved by the people.At present,almost manual operation is used for vegetables,especially in the harvesting process,with high labor intensity and low labor efficiency,which is the biggest bottleneck of the whole mechanized production.There is little experimental demonstration of lettuce mechanized harvesting in China.In order to solve the problem of mechanized harvesting of lettuce,a single row side mounted harvester is designed and trial manufactured in this paper.Three factors affecting the harvesting quality of lettuce are tested,including the forward speed,cutting speed and cutting angle.Single factor and combined test are carried out to obtain the influence curve of three factors on the harvesting quality.The test results show that:(1)According to the actual production needs,it is necessary to deeply integrate the agricultural machinery and agricultural technology to study the planting mode of lettuce suitable for mechanized harvest from the four aspects of field soil,cultivation mode,cultivation mode and the characteristics of lettuce itself.(2)Lettuce plants are slender,the total height of stem is mainly concentrated in26~40cm,the maximum diameter of stem is mainly concentrated in 4.01~4.5cm,the quality of lettuce is mainly concentrated in 401~500g,the water content of lettuce is mainly concentrated in 95.01~98%,the shear force of lettuce is mainly concentrated in201~300N,the compressive strength of lettuce is mainly concentrated in 1.81~2.1MPa,the standard deviation and coefficient of variation are not large,which is conducive to harvest Design of the device.(3)The lettuce harvesting device is mainly composed of harvesting part and operating platform,which is powered by the greenhouse King Tractor and connected with the tractor by three-point suspension.The harvesting part is side and half suspended,and the angle is adjusted by push rod.The motor is used as the power driven conveying device and cutting device for single harvest.(4)The primary and secondary order of the factors influencing the unqualified rate is cutting speed > forward speed > cutting angle.The lowest combination of yield loss rate,damage rate and breaking rate of lettuce is 0.25m/s forward speed,360r/min cutting speed and 5?cutting angle. |
