Under the background of grain to feed reform carried out by the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas,this paper makes a comprehensive summary of the mechanized harvesting technology and devices of silage at home and abroad.In order to improve the quality of silage conditioning,the main structure and working parameters of the silage conditioning device,which is the core part of the silage,are designed and optimized through theoretical analysis,simulation of motion simulation software and experimental research.The conclusion is as follows:In order to check the difference between the actual working condition of the equipment and the theoretical calculation results and the uniformity of the actual cutting length,the cutting length test is carried out.Using the median method to calculate the difference between the test cut length and the theoretical cut length at the significant level of ? = 0.1,the causes of the difference are analyzed,and the improvement methods such as gear transmission are put forward.After improvement,the difference between the test cut length and the theoretical cut length is reduced.The analysis of cutting length uniformity shows that the overall cutting length uniformity of the equipment can meet the relevant requirements,and can meet the feeding requirements of various livestock.The SolidWorks motion model of material moving along the sliding surface is established.The motion simulation analysis and law analysis are carried out for different rotating speed of cutter head,different inclination angle of slip surface and different feeding position.Generally speaking,most of the slip surface angles are about 48 °,the maximum is 58.2 ° and the minimum is 15.2 °.Therefore,the layout position of the friction plate can be designed,and the power consumption increase value can be further calculated through the simulation value in various situations.A kind of kneading structure is designed,and the structure and working parameters of related parts are optimized through experimental research.The effects of the number of kneading leaves,the length of kneading plate and the kneading gap on the crushing rate were studied by single factor test.It is concluded that with the increase of the number of kneading leaves and the length of kneading plate,the breaking rate increases gradually,and the increasing range of breaking rate slows down.With the increase of the kneading clearance,the crushing rate slightly decreased.According to the test results,when the length of the kneading plate is 180 mm and the kneading clearance is 4mm,the crushing rate is high and the cost of parts processing and device debugging is low.The crushing rate and cutting length uniformity are selected as the indexes,and the rotating speed of cutter head,the number of moving cutter and the number of rubbing plate blades are selected as the experimental factors.According to the analysis results,when the rotating speed of the cutter head is 1300 r / min,the number of moving knives is 12,and the number of rubbing plate blades is 12,the fragmentation rate and cutting length uniformity are the best,which is the optimal configuration.
