other nutrients,Peony has been included in new woody oil in recent years.In this ex Periment,using the conventional methods of Plant ecology,the breeding system,Plant traits(including Plant height,crown width,and ground diameter)and flowering Phenology(Po Pulation)of oil Peony were studied at Chengdu Academy of Agriculture and Forestry in Wenjiang,Sichuan in 2018 and 2019.,Individual and single flower three levels)on its im Pact on fruit and seed yield,in order to give a certain reference significance for im Proving the oil Production of oil Peony.The main findings are as follows:(1)Effects of different pollination methods of Fengdan on seed yield:ado Pt four kinds of Pollination treatment,that is,natural state,without bagging(A treatment);bagged insect isolation,com Pletely self-Pollinated(B treatment);bagged insect isolation,assist the same Plant Cross-Pollination(C treatment);bagged to isolate insects and assist cross-Pollination(D treatment).The results showed that the seed setting rates of the four treatments were 0.92±0.26 for A treatment,0.92±0.26for B treatment,0.90±0.30 for C treatment,and 0.90±0.30 for D treatment.The differences between the treatments were not significant;35.57±23.18 for A treatment,3.05±4.56 for B treatment,4.95±5.72 for C treatment,35.22±22.25 for D treatment,in which the difference between A treatment and D treatment is not significant,the difference between B treatment and C treatment is not significant,A,D treatment and B There were significant differences between treatment C and treatment C;the single Plant weights of the four treatments were 11.52±7.30 for treatment A,1.09±1.67 for treatment B,2.05±2.26 for treatment C,and 11.29±7.11(g)for treatment D,of which treatment A and treatment D The difference was not significant,the difference between treatment B and treatment C was not significant,and treatment A and D were significantly different from treatment B and C;the seeding rates of the four treatments were treatment A 0.44.±0.20,treatment B0.04±0.06,treatment C 0.06±0.08 and D treatment 0.43±0.16,of which A treatment and D treatment were not significantly different,B treatment and C treatment were not significantly different,and A and D treatment were significantly different from B and C treatment.According to the test results,it can be concluded that the oil Peony breeding flowering date,that is,the earlier the flowering,the larger the flower,the larger the number of ovules,the number of seeds,and the seed setting rate.The flowering duration was significantly Positively correlated with the number of seeds and the weight of seeds;the number of seeds and the weight of the seeds were significantly Positively correlated with the seed setting rate;the seed setting rate was very significantly Positively correlated with the seed setting rate.The diameter of each flower(R~2=0.071,P<0.001),the number of ovules(R~2=0.084,P<0.001),the number of seeds(R~2=0.108,P<0.001),the seed setting rate(R~2=0.056)in 2019,P<0.001)all had a negative correlation with the relative flowering date,that is,the earlier the flowering,the larger the flower,the greater the number of ovules,the number of seeds,and the seed setting rate.The number of seeds and the weight of the seeds were extremely significantly Positively correlated;both the number of seeds intensity in 2019 was 0.50±0.32;there was no significant difference in relative flowering intensity between 2018 and2019(F=0.536,P=0.465).Its flowering am Plitude was 0.36±0.30 in 2018 and0.36±0.38 in 2019;the flowering am Plitude of oil Peony and oil Peony did not differ significantly between 2018 and 2019(F=0.001,P=0.991).In 2018,its flowering synchronization index was 0.78±0.09 and in 2019 its flowering synchronization index was 0.72±0.08;the flowering synchronization index of oil Peony was significantly different between 2018 and 2019(F=10.304,P=0.001).The 2018 ex Periment showed that the shorter the duration of oil Peony flowering,the higher the flowering synchronization index,that is,the higher the flowering synchronization.Po Pulation level Phenology:The oil Peony Po Pulation blooms once a year in 2018 and 2019.The Po Pulation level enters the flowering Period from late March and ends in early APril.The flowering Period lasts about 2 weeks.(4)The Plant traits and seed yield test results of oil Peony in 2018 and 2019show that the Plant height of oil Peony in 2019 has a very significant Positive correlation with the number of seeds,the number of ovules,and the weight of seeds;2018 and 2019 The crown width is very significantly Positively correlated with the number of seeds,ovule and seed weight;the ground diameter in 2019 is extremely significantly Positively correlated with the number of seeds,ovule and seed weight.That is,Plant size and seed yield are basically Positively related. |
