In response to the national rural revitalization strategy and the call for agricultural mechanization,Sichuan has introduced advanced agricultural machinery and equipment,but most of the equipment cannot work normally in Sichuan.On the one hand,it is the reason of terrain.The main reason is that the cohesive soil of dry land in Sichuan has special properties.The study on the characteristics of cohesive soil tillage resistance in Sichuan can provide a basis for the research and development and improvement of agricultural machinery in Sichuan,as well as for the selection of agricultural machinery power and the reduction of energy consumption.In view of the complexity and variability of the tillage resistance of upland cohesive soil in Sichuan,this paper studied the resistance.(1)The three most representative types of soil(paddy soil,purple soil and yellow loam)were obtained by consulting a lot of relevant data of cultivated land soil in Sichuan and conducting field investigation,and these three types of soil were analyzed respectively to provide theoretical basis for follow-up research.(2)In order to quickly and accurately measure the soil resistance of dry land cultivation in Sichuan province,a new type of continuous soil resistance measurement device was developed.The device USES the static torque sensor to measure the force,the structure is simple,easy to transport,can mount a variety of different farming parts for measurement.It was calibrated accurately in the laboratory,and the results showed that the average accuracy of the actual and theoretical measurements reached 97.65% under the conditions of different center distances,which provided an accurate measuring tool for the measurement of soil resistance of dry land cultivation in Sichuan province.(3)Soil resistance of three typical tillage soils in Sichuan province was measured by soil force measuring device,and water content,tillage speed and tillage depth were taken as variables to measure each soil.Through the experimental data processing,it is concluded that under the same experimental conditions,the tillage resistance value of the yellow loam soil in Sichuan province is greater than that of the purple soil than that of the rice soil.(4)The discrete element parameters of yellow loam were calibrated by field sampling and virtual experiment.The 3d modeling software(PROE)was used to establish the model of the measuring instrument.The measurement process was simulated by discrete element software(EDEM),and relevant data were obtained.The data obtained from field experiments were compared and analyzed to verify the accuracy of the discrete element model.
