| In this assay, corn peel,a by-product of corn fructose processing, was used as the research object. The purpose was to increase the crude protein content, degrade mycotoxins, and increase the feeding value of corn peel by using microbial solid-state fermentation.Under the condition that the optimal fermentation strain was selected, the solid state fermentation condition of corn peel was optimized, and the application effect and appropriate dosage of fermented corn peel on broilers were studied. The research results were as follows:1.Screening of dominant strains of corn peel for solid state fermentationIn this assay, the main screening targets are the degradation rate of mycotoxins and the improvement rate of crude protein.Primary screening of corn peel agar medium was carried out by dot-inoculating seeding, and the corn peel single bacteria solid state fermentation was re-screened.The mixed solid fermentation strains were screened as Saccharomyces cerevisiae SC17-1,Bacillus licheniformis BL15-4 and Lactobacillus plantarum LP17-1.By mixing the three strains at a ratio of 1∶1∶1,the crude protein content in corn peel can be increased after 5 days of fermentation, and the mycotoxins in corn peel can be significantly reduced after 7 days of fermentation(P<0.05).2.Study on the optimal process conditions for solid fermentation of corn peelIn this assay, the main screening targets are the degradation rate of mycotoxins and the improvement rate of crude protein. The L9(34)orthogonal design was used to study the effects of the feed-water ratio, inoculum volume, fermentation time, and fermentation temperature on the fermentation of corn peel. The optimal fermentation process conditions are:the inoculum volume is 10%,the fermentation time is 7d,the fermentation temperature is 28°C,and the feed-water ratio is 1:1.Under this process condition, the crude protein is increased by 8.7%,and the total phosphorus increased by 13.6%.Aflatoxin,zearalenone,vomiting toxin and fumonisin have been reduced to varying degrees,of which Fumonisin was reduced by 37.7%.3.Application effect of solid fermented corn peel on broilersIn this assay,210 male1-day-old healthy Alably(AA)broilers were randomly divided into 5 treatment groups based on the principle of no difference in initial body weight, with 6 replicates in each group and 7 chickens in each replicate. The control group was fed a corn-soybean meal-based diet without corn peel, group A was fed with 3%unfermented corn peel diet, group B was fed with 2%fermented corn peel diet, and group C was fed with 3%fermented corn peel diet, group D was fed with4%fermented corn peel diet. The experiment lasted for 14 days. The results showed that compared with unfermented corn peel, adding fermented corn peel to the diet improved the production performance of 42-day-old broilers. The addition of 4%was the bes,and the effect was not significantly different from that of corn-soybean meal diet(P>0.05).Fermented corn peel had a certain promotion effect on the immune organ index, but the effect was not obvious(P>0.05). |
