In this paper,Trichodermareesei,Phanerochaete chrysosporium,Trichoderma and Bacillus subtilis were used for solid-state fermentation of corn stalks, discussed the effects of Trichodermareesei,Phanerochaete chrysosporium,Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus subtilis on the degradation of corn stalks and the formation and transformation of the humic-like substances under the solid-state fermentation, the degradation of corn stalks by microbial was studied through measuring the weight changes of corn stalks, the organic carbon content of corn stalks, cellulase activity, xylanase activity, cellulose and lignin cumulative degradation of corn stalks in the solid-state fermentation.Determination of organic carbon content of humic-like in residue of corn stalks by modified method of humus composition,The structural characteristics of HLA were determined by elemental composition, infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. So as to determine the effect of microorganisms on the formation, transformation and their composition and structure of humic-like in corn stalks residues. Its objective was that it could provide a theoretical reference and basis for the biodegradation and transformation of corn stalks, besides, also for the formation of soil organic matter. The results show that:(1)Under the condition of 4 kinds of microorganisms, the decomposition rate of corn stalks treated by Trichodermareesei was the highest 34.92%,and the decomposition rate of corn stalks treated by Bacillus subtilis was the lowest 20.12%.The degradation rate reached the highest in the middle fermentation stage.Cellulase activity, xylanase activity, and glucosidase were highest at this time.Among the 4 kinds of microorganisms,Trichodermareesei was more conducive to the degradation of corn stalks cellulose,at the end of fermentation, cellulose was decomposed by 43.83%;The rate of cellulose degradation by Bacillus subtilis was the lowest, and at the end of fermentation, the cellulose was 13.90%.Among the 4 kinds of microorganisms,Phanerochaete chrysosporium were more conducive to the degradation of lignin in corn stalks,at the end of fermentation, the lignin of corn stalks was decomposed by 66.73%;The rate of lignin degradation was the lowest by Trichodermareesei treatment, while the lignin content was 30.85% at the end of fermentation.(2)Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Trichodermareesei treatment with the fermentation time, corn stalks residues FLA and HLM carbon content decreased,HLA carbon content and PQ value increased significantly; The ?lgK value of corn stalks residue HLA decreased gradually, and the ?lgK value of FLA increased gradually, which indicated that the molecular structure of HLA was developing towards the direction of complex, and the molecular structure of FLA was in the direction of simplification. The degree of condensation and oxidation of HLA was increased, the aliphatic group was decreased, the degree of aromatization and thermal stability were enhanced. The results showed that the corn stalks was not only beneficial to the degradation of stalks, but also to promote the conversion of corn stalks to humus.
