| In this study, the typical artificial forage was used as experimental material, and its nutritional components were determined by chemical analysis method. The rumen degradation characteristics and gas production characteristics of Artificial Forage were studied by in vitro rumen fermentation simulation method, including dry matter degradation rate, total gas production,VFA concentration and NH3-N concentration. The nutritional value of artificial forage was evaluated to improve the nutritional parameters of artificial forage It provides theoretical basis for the planning and design of ration.Experiment 1.In this experiment,10 oat forages at heading stage were selected to determine their nutritional value by chemical analysis, and 10 oat forages were fermented in vitro by simulated rumen fermentation in vitro. The dry matter degradation rate at 6h,24h,48h and 72h,total gas production at 48h,24h VFA concentration and NH3-N concentration were measured. The results showed that there were significant differences in nutrient components among different oat varieties(P<0.05),and the crude protein contents of Qingyin 1,Jiayan 2 and Lina at heading stage were significantly higher than those of other oat varieties(P<0.05).The potential maximum gas production and 48 h cumulative gas production of Qinghai 444 were significantly higher than other varieties(P<0.05),and the dry matter degradation rate was the highest at each time point. The 48h dry matter fermentation rates of Qingyou 3,Junma,Monika,Qinghai sweet oat and Qingyin 1 tended to the limit. The TVFA concentration of Qingyan 1 was significantly higher than that of other varieties(P<0.05),and the propionic acid content was also significantly higher than that of other varieties(P<0.05).Experiment 2.In this experiment, the nutrient components of different parts(stems and leaves)of Alfalfa Artificial Forage were determined, and the rumen fermentation of stems and leaves in vitro was carried out by using in vitro simulated rumen fermentation method. The dry matter degradation rate, total gas production in 48h,24h VFA concentration and NH3-N concentration in 6h,24h,48h and 72h were measured. The results showed that:there was a significant difference in nutrient composition between alfalfa leaf and stem(P<0.05),the content of NDF and ADF in alfalfa leaf was significantly higher than that in alfalfa stem(P<0.05),and other nutrients in alfalfa leaf were significantly higher than that in alfalfa stem(P<0.05).The dry matter degradation rate of alfalfa leaves, potential maximum gas production,VFA and NH3-N concentration were significantly higher than those of stems(P<0.05).Experiment 3.In this experiment, five kinds of other artificial forages were selected as experimental materials to determine the nutritional components of their leaves, and the rumen fermentation method in vitro was used to ferment the leaves in vitro. The dry matter degradation rate, total gas production in 48h,24h VFA concentration and NH3-N concentration in 6h,24h,48h and 72h were measured. The results showed that there were significant differences in leaf nutrients among different forage species(P<0.05),and the content of crude protein in whole plant leaves of maize was significantly higher than that of other forage species(P<0.05).The content of neutral detergent fiber was Gaodancao>whole plant corn>Sweet Sorghum>triticale>forage millet. The 48h cumulative gas production of Sorghum bicolor was significantly higher than that of other forages(P<0.05).The dry matter degradation rate of foxtail millet was significantly higher than that of other forages(P<0.05).TVFA concentration of maize was significantly higher than that of other forages(P<0.05),and ammonia nitrogen concentration of Triticale was significantly higher than that of other forages(P<0.05). |
