The experiment was carried out in Yuyao,Ningbo,on October 1,2018,The experimental Pelodiscus Triongx were taken from pond No.23,No.2,of the fourth round of Mingfeng Freshwater Farm in Yuyao City,788 randomly selected,which are One-year-old Pelodiscus Triongx and ascending sort.Take the final 5%as group A(327.1?719.5g),the middle 25%?75%as group B(94.3?199g),the first 5%as C(16.7?58.9g),for the shape and quality measured.By means of multivariate analysis and other methods,the differences of body mass,organ enzyme activity among different mass gain and performance groups of Pelodiscus Triongx were compared and analyzed.The results show that:Among the 44 morphological traits involved in this study,only X1(body length),X16(skirt thickness),X20(left forelimb upper arm length)and X25(left hindlimb lower arm length)were not significantly correlated with body mass and net body mass.By path analysis,the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation index between BW and retained X3(body height),X7(neck length)and X17(ventral nail length)were 0.885,NW and retained X3,X4,X7,The coefficient of determination and the multiple correlation index of X17 were 0.878,among which the direct and indirect effects on BW were both X7 and X7 respectively,while the direct and indirect effects on NW were X7 and X17,and the indirect effects on X17 were 0.878 and 0.878.The indirect effects on X17 were X7 and X17,respectively.(3)by partial regression analysis,the optimal BW,NW equation is:BW=3.312X3 1.940X7 1.94X17-25.2.92,NW=2.718X3+1.481X4+1.586X7+1.253X17-21.542.Shape and quality difference:there were no significant differences among the 44 morphological measurement indexes except eye distance(Xs)and interocular distance(X9)(P<0.05).There were significant differences in length,quality and volume between groups.Among the 39 morphological scale index values,there were different groups of differences between the ratio of the lung to lung(C27),the ratio of the spleen(C28)and the ratio of the heart(C29).The Euclidean distance of morphology was calculated by means of SPSS 19.0.The results showed that the distance between group A and group C was the largest,and group B was in the middle.By principal component analysis(PCA),four principal components with eigenvalues greater than 1 were extracted,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 85.934%.Among them,the contribution rate of principal component PCI was the largest(39.437%),and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 85.934%.Therefore,it is to distinguish the three groups of experimental population quality characteristics of the quality of the essential components;Three variables,body height/dorsalis length(C3),nasal distance/head length(C15),trunk length/dorsal nail length(Ci),which contributed more to the discrimination,were selected from 39 feature variables of shape and quality by step-by-step method for discriminant analysis.Establishment of Fisher Classification function equations for three groups of Trionyx sinensis with different Mass gain performance based on three variables:Group A=286.37C3 568.38C15-837.63C1-1880.39Group B=258.39C3 699.33C15-638.28C1-1673.37Group C=189.39C3 397.86C15-438.39C1-2893.74Texture difference:there were differences in hardness,adhesion,elasticity,cohesion,stickiness and chewiness among groups except for the restorative index,but no significant difference was found between groups in hardness,adhesion degree,elasticity,cohesion,stickiness and chewiness.The difference of digestive enzymes:there was no significant difference between group B and group C,but there was significant difference with group A,and there were significant differences in pepsin,amylase,hepatopancreas and intestinal trypsin between the two groups.The protease activity decreased with the increase of mass gain performance.The difference between ATP enzyme and antioxidant enzyme:there was difference between groups in the activity of ATP enzyme in liver and the activity of antioxidant enzyme in different degree,and the activity value of antioxidant enzyme increased with the increase of the performance of increasing mass.The results showed that body height/dorsal nail length(C3),nasal distance/head length(C15)and trunk length/dorsal nail length(Ci)were the main variables to distinguish the morphological characteristics of different weight gain performance in the same population of Trionyx sinensis,and the more sensitive the olfaction was,the more sensitive the olfactory was.The higher the success rate of predation,the less the amount of exercise,and follow the principle of eating more and less moving,so the performance of weight gain is stronger;The group with poor olfaction,on the contrary,follows the principle of hyperactivity and less eating,so the performance of weight gain is weaker.
