| China is rich in grassland resources,but the grassland degradation trend is obvious recently,so it is urgent to restore and improve the degraded grassland.Leymus chinensis grassland is a typical representative of the northern grassland.Among the many improvement measures aimed at the degraded Leymus chinensis grassland,mechanized improvement of the degraded Leymus chinensis grassland has the advantages of quick effect,less pollution and no damage to the balance of the original ecosystem.Among them,deep loosening and root cutting can significantly promote the self-reproduction and renewal of Leymus chinensis grassland,so as to achieve the purpose of restoring grassland.At the same time,due to the characteristics of high soil compactness and complex terrain of natural grassland in China,the operation performance of improved machinery and tools is required to be high.By comparing the mechanized improvement technology of grassland at home and abroad,it can be found that the applicability of foreign machinery and tools is insufficient,and there are few machines and tools for the improvement of natural grassland.Grassland improvement machinery and equipment started late in China,and the specifications tend to be small and medium-sized.Most of the machinery can only achieve a single operation procedure,and currently there is a lack of efficient and low loss Leymus chinensis grassland improvement machinery and equipment.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a root cutting and soil loosening machine for improving degraded Leymus chinensis grassland.Based on the research of compound root cutting and loosening technology and single ridge compound root cutting machine of Leymus chinensis,a multi ridge compound root cutting machine was developed.The machine used compound plough group to cut roots and loosen soil on degraded Leymus chinensis grassland.During the work,the front plough of the compound plough first cut soil,open rill,and cut the thick Leymus chinensis root system on the surface of Leymus chinensis grassland soil,After plowing into the soil,the root system of Leymus chinensis was destroyed.Multiple groups of ploughs are staggered,which expands the working range and improves the working efficiency.Through the safety device,the efficiency of root cutting and soil loosening operation is improved,the possibility of damage to the plough is reduced,and the service life of the equipment is improved.In this thesis,the design process of multi ridge prototype frame,buffer structure of plow,compound root cutting and loosening plow group,and matching of plow group of multi ridge prototype are introduced in detail.The three-dimensional model of compound root cutting and loosening machine is established by using three-dimensional modeling software.The finite element analysis of frame,front plow and back plow is carried out by using finite element module to explore the stress-strain condition and verify the design requirements,The prototype is manufactured,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of related machines and tools. |
